The staff did not seem kind or welcoming, and the way they spoke to us felt rude. I asked to build my own bowl and requested falafel and vegetables. One staff member told me only one portion was allowed. I mentioned that when we order online, it does not usually show an extra charge for that, but he seemed upset and passed the order to another employee. The lady who continued making the bowl made us feel like we were asking for something for free. When I asked for just a little bit of dressing, she poured it all over the bowl. We came there to spend time as a family, enjoy healthy food, and have a good dining experience. Food should make people feel happy and comfortable, but this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this, we do not feel like visiting this location again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and a more respectful experience for customers.
