    35 years doesn't make a successful business. Great customer service does. Kabran installed a new air handler in my home in 2017. A couple weeks later they had to return and redo it because it was installed incorrectly. No biggie. Fast forward to July 2020. The air handler fan failed and subsequently no AC. Within 24 hours a technician was sent and in less than 30 minutes had diagnosed the problem. That was on Monday morning. The part (under warranty) was not in stock, but was later told it was in Melbourne, 20 minutes down the road. 4 days later of 90+ temps in my home the part arrived. Doubt that would have been the case if I was the owner. $285.00 and 4 days later my warrantied Kabran air unit was repaired. Stay away from this company. Bigger is not always better, and in this case definitely not.

    Disappointed! Poor quality installation! Unable to service brand new unit because installers cut corners. Did not know how to properly install our new AC unit to our manufactured home. No response from the company. The unit we purchased is fine, the installation is AMATURE! Called for support - no response. Be very careful if you use this company. They do "not" put out one extra ounce of effort to please the customer. Next step for us to file a complaint with FL Contractors Board.

    BEWARE - unprofessional, inept service. I purchased (entire) unit brand new from KABRAN AIR, COCOA BEACH. To which was installed incorrectly (even esthetically SLOPPY); resulting in repeated condensation/water issues. I discovered MOLD throughout walls, ducts, and unit (incl health issues in my kids), they did come out and "fix" (no charge, clearly liable). Yet, EXACT issues resumed. I had multiple other companies access through time in between - and all informed me of the SAME - INSTALL ERROR, specifically with MANY gaps and unsealed. (Documented evidence time stamped from each company). I stuck with and "worked with" Kabran in continued effort for them to get it right. Ultimately they've chosen to disengage saying I "should have purchased a maintenance plan with them, so my "error" (accountability; documentation speaks louder than words - I've kept log of everything pictures/video/written). I'll add I find it odd that Kabran has been here numerous times with the same repeated issue I've been forced to contend, at no charge (that says everything/obvious) - and on departure each time - they assured me the unit "perfect" (to incl already replacing condenser since unit has been working overtime). Hummm. I needed a maintenance plan with them?! Immaterial, but telling. Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. No answer but left voicemail. - July 28th called and talked with someone. Told him where I was located and my issue. I was informed that they have other complaints about the 3rd party installer that installed my system but weren't getting anyone to answer or return their calls. Later found out they were out of business. -July 29th called and talked with Corina. She informed me that she returned previous complaint calls on 10 June(Voicemail). She did notify me that someone would be contacting me to check out the system, which they did and found it to be low in Freon, brand new system. - Oct 26th AC blowing warm air. Called and got voicemail that they are closed. What about the 24/7 opening? Anyway, left my name, number and issue. - Oct 27th around 8:30 am, called and talked to Corina. She looked up my name and info. She told me someone would call me for service repair. No call, so around 1pm called and talked with Corina again to see if she could give me a status. She informed me that J&J would call me. 5 pm and no one has called me. So I called Style Crest and got the office is closed message. - So, I am not having a great experience with Style Crest and my new system isn't a year old.
