I always like to give credit where it is deserved…read more My front bathroom toilet would drain VERY slowly. I assumed I would need the drain snaked. It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.

Not sure why review reads I am in San Fran. I am in Merritt Island, FL…read more The duct work installer, Dial Duron, has been out to my house 4 times to install new duct work, replacing the 22-year-old duct work that they suggested I remove. Keep in mind, pictures are the work they did, not the 20 year old duct work to be fixed. Also, wet mastic is 2 weeks after applying. I should mention I turned my AC to 82 for a week in order to help mastic dry. Did not work. I was told keeping my air at 72 when I am at home is too cold. Never had an issue in my other Florida homes. -------------- Work done below. -1st time. replaced all of it. -2nd time to fix many mistakes they did installing new duct work. -3rd time to fix many mistakes that still were not fixed from 2nd visit. -4th time they pulled out all feeder duct work they installed the first time and tried to fix the 2nd & 3rd time. Installed new duct work and mixing boxes. Here we are again with similar issues that the last 4 times did not fix. - Cold air is leaking out of the duct work where it meets the boots on many feeds. - The mixing box is leaking air on one that I checked. I will check all of them soon. - Mastic is not drying because air is leaking out of boots. -Moisture is building up and will cause mold. I was told that I may have to install a dehumidifier in the attic to stop the moisture. If this was true, why on the same mixing box some of the duct work is dry and the one next to it is not. See videos and pictures attached. This is in many areas. Not just one. I also am including photos and videos of items they had to come out and fix the 2nd and 3rd time just so you get an idea of what I am so mad about. One video shows dripping water from newly installed duct work. This was dripping on what is my ceiling. Can you imagine what my ceiling would look like if I did not have them come out and fix the mistake they did. This particular problem was solved on 2nd visit. Another picture shows where they did not apply any mastic. I would not recommend them at all. Wrote this review a couple weeks ago. Update - Mastic still not dry. Air still leaking. I am writing to formally address a dispute regarding the water heater installation services…read moreprovided by Climate Experts. Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Forced Purchase of Additional Water Heater: Due to time constraints related to the sale of the house, Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, leaving me with no choice but to purchase the recommended water heater for installation in the attic. The new water heater was installed with an invoice dated 17 February 2025 and signed 13 February 2025. Issues and Concerns Failure to Honor Signed Quote: The signed quote explicitly stated that the water heater could be installed in the garage. Climate Experts refused to honor this agreement, citing additional costs and unforeseen circumstances despite having sufficient information (pictures, listing details, etc.) to prepare the quote. Lack of Due Diligence: Climate Experts did not send a technician to inspect the property prior to providing the quote, despite my realtor offering flexibility to accommodate a visit. This oversight led to inaccurate assumptions and subsequent issues. Leverage of Time Constraints: Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, forcing me to purchase an additional water heater to meet the inspection requirements for selling the house. Financial Impact: I incurred additional costs due to Climate Experts' refusal to honor the original agreement and their lack of due diligence.
