Waited 45 mins for an online order. Very slow service and everyone around was waiting just as long

From the moment I entered the door, the receptionist was very nice, professional, and accommodating. Sarah my server was incredibly personable and hospitable from the very beginning. She checked whether it was my first time visiting and once she found out it was, she guided me through all of the menus and answered every question I had along the way. She truly made my evening better and left me with an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. I was checked on throughout my meal by multiple people. The Chef and also who I believe was the manager. And I don't mean the usual obligatory walk by, ask how your meal is and move on. I mean a genuine introduction and inquiry about your experience and even finished with a handshake. I was made to feel very welcomed throughout. I forgot to take pictures of half my food because I got too excited! Lol. The truffle garlic edamame was super flavorful, the Wagyu croquettes were crispy, tender, and the sauce on top was very flavorful (this one wasn't my personal favorite, but was still very good), the A5 Kaburi Garlic Kushi was cooked perfect, seasoned well, and melt in your mouth (if your looking for Wagyu but not trying to break the bank, this is for you.) The A5 Olive Wagyu however was truly an experience. Melt in your mouth bliss. Overall, 11/10 highly recommend. This is one of my new favorites in Louisville. Coincidentally, it's right next door to MeeshMeesh which has been my all time favorite for years. Sake A GoGo is right up there with them. Thanks again to Sarah for a wonderful dinner.

I've never really had anything like before and I absolutely loved it. The garlic beef skewers were also exceptional. The sushi rolls were tasty, but relatively standard. Giving this place a 4/5 for its unique ambiance and excellent appetizers. Sushi is likely a 3/5. Enjoy!

SHAME ON YOU! A…read moreblind man was told to leave his guide dog outside. Twelve years ago, my dear friend began breeding Goldendoodles: to produce dogs capable of changing lives and they did (Many Many Lives) One of those puppies is Ozzy. Ozzy isn't "just a dog." He is a highly trained guide dog by Custom Canines Service Dog Academy who gives his person, Kevin Kraly, the independence that many of us take for granted every single day. He is Kevin's eyes. His partner. His freedom. Recently, Kevin and Ozzy attempted to enter THIS restaurant together. Instead of being welcomed, they were turned away. They were asked for identification for Ozzy. They were told they could only dine outside only there was no outside dining . They were even told Kevin could come inside if he tied Ozzy up outside and left him there. Imagine being told to leave your eyes at the door. Let.that.sink.in. A blind man was told to leave his guide dog outside. Even after the law regarding service animals was shown and explained, entry was still denied. This isn't simply poor customer service. This is a reminder that many people with disabilities still face barriers that should not exist in 2026. The Americans with Disabilities Act protects the right of service dog teams to access businesses open to the public. These protections exist because guide dogs are not pets--they are essential medical assistance animals that allow their handlers to navigate the world safely and independently. No one should have to fight for basic access because they are blind. No one should have to defend the legitimacy of their guide dog. And no one should ever be told to leave their eyes outside.

Leaving a review after the third time going there because every time they've been superstars! The first time I went, it was busy but the waitress was super kind and handled it like a pro. We didn't have to wait very long at all. My family and I got sushi, lo mein and fruit boba teas. We loved all of it. We knew we'd be back. Second time was an online pick up order because I was sick. I ordered crab Rangoon and spicy miso ramen w/pork and an extra egg. OMG. I was dreaming about it ever since. My family and I even visited a well known ramen restaurant in Louisville and it didn't even compare in my opinion. Which leads me to my third visit. I did an online pick up order for 3 ramens and a crab Rangoon. When I came to pick it up, they had told me that the printer didn't print out my order and they unfortunately didn't have it ready. I showed them my receipt and they took care of it ASAP! Said it would only take 10 min. They handled it beautifully in my opinion because you can't always control technology. The lady at the cash register asked me if I wanted something to drink while I waited which was great hospitality. I asked if I could run an errand and come back. They agreed. They called me in less than 10 minutes to tell me it was ready. When I came to pick it up, the same woman immediately grabbed my to go bag the moment she saw me walk in the door and greeted me with a smile. They'll be seeing a lot more of me!

The waiter was so nice, literally overheard me talking about it being his birthday and he came out and sung happy birthday with a slice of cheesecake and tiara! It was such a sweet gesture. Also he was very attentive and made sure everything we ordered we got! Very sweet man. Now on to the food! I'll be honest, I don't eat sushi or seafood so I wound up ordering the chicken hibachi. The portion was huge for $16.99! I feel like it came out pretty quick and I wasn't a fan of the yum yum sauce..it was a bit sweet and didn't taste like the normal sauce I am use to back home. The space was overall nice and it seems as though it could get pretty loud when you're already a large group sitting with a large group of people. I also noticed a lot of gnats flying, this is something that is common at restaurants obviously. But it became a bit annoying when one landed on my lip as I was talking and started flying over my food. I lost my appetite after that and decided to box my food up. Overall, the service is what made me give this place 5 stars! It seems like they have pretty good sushi from what my friends were saying but I wouldn't come for anything else.
