We decided to go with two sushi rolls of a crunch munch and Fried crab roll. Both were pretty good with nice flavor. All sushi rolls actually seemed adequately priced and reasonable. Usually between $9-$13. So not bad. I will say they had very few fried sushi roll options. So if that is you presence you will have less to choose from. My wife and I both went with an entree as well. Both went with Chicken teriyaki which comes with rice, veggies and Miso soup. They kind make up for the reasonable sushi prices by overcharging for the entrees. Most weee over $20 a plate which is higher for a southend of Lousiville place. That honestly isn't too big of a deal, but the spider roll was filled with a questionable meat that was so burnt you could only taste dirty grease. My guess is they have not changed the grease in the fryer four days or weeks. You also can tell by the picture that they use fake crab meat, but that is not what they said in the menu description. The hibachi grill experience was as expected with its hot flames, the smoking onion tower, and tossing of rice. The staff worked as a team to take care of the tables, never making a group wait long. Some took orders, some filled drinks, the chefs cooked and entertained, and others hosted incoming and outgoing guests. We left with a full meal and all of us agreed it heated up well, tasted delicious, and we will look forward to another visit.
