After Chris discussed the work he would be doing on my car and gave us our estimate, I decided to have him repaint the entire car. Chris kept me updated on the progress of my car and sent me updated pics as he went along. Words can't possibly describe both the service and the end results. I would give 10 stars if I could. Schneider's looked at it and said we needed a Battery and Alternator, but recommended we go to a dealership as our vehicle sometimes had issues with off-brand replacements. We shopped around, but Schneider's was the only one that could get us in within the next few months and they did the replacements with no issues. Faster and less expensive than originally quoted!

Went there a second time to have them re-buff, they didn't do a good job buffing and putting my bumper back together, Where the bumper meets the metal fender, there is a large gap compared to the other side, Chad said its gonna be like that due to some clip that was in the way in the inside. Still the scuff marks are visible after the second time. After waiting in the lobby for them to repair the second attempt, the service lady comes walking towards me with the keys and smiling acting everything was good not knowing how crappy of a job was done. I didnt realized until I can really see it in the sun reflection the next day. The technician or Chad didnt even come out and explain to me what they did or how they did it. I don't want to waste my time there anymore. Loft was there on the expressway to her car within 15 minutes, tried to temporarily fix it for the rest of her drive but a minute back on the road and it broke again. The tow truck driver made sure she got back on 1-94 safely in front of him, followed her to their shop and permanently bolted it back on within 10 minutes at the most reasonable cost imaginable for the entire trip, time and effort spent.
