I've heard great things about Kafeiin and have gotten drinks from here from other people but only personally came to the store once. I actually wasn't very impressed with my visit to the store, but their drinks are really good in terms of taste and flavor. To start, you order your drinks from a kiosk. There's a cashier but they didn't seem to pay much attention to it nor does anyone greet or acknowledge you when you walk in. I also don't know if it's the norm, but I didn't get a receipt when I ordered. I sat down and waited for my drinks, and I never heard my name or number called out or anything even though I was sitting right next to the pickup counter. I noticed 4 of the drinks I had ordered on the counter though, so I assumed those 4 drinks must've been mine and approached the counter to ask. They were in fact my drinks. I wonder how long they would've left me sitting there waiting for my drinks if I hadn't approached and asked though. The other flaw is that I noticed the drinks are mostly filled with ice so it feels like you've barely drank anything before your drink is empty which is a shame considering the size of the cups and the price of the drinks. Now these negatives aside, I do like the variety of drinks that they offer. Their coffee is very good and so is their matcha. Sweetness level is perfect also. I tend to not like my drinks too sweet and generally adjust to 50% or 0% at most places. I definitely think these drinks are worth trying, and it's a great place to take friends or guests to try out.

Definitely think this spot is more overhyped than I expected. I stopped by with some friends, and it was packed! Took us a few minutes and finally was able to grab a table for all of us. I went with the Lychee Blossom tea and while it was a unique, refreshing and tasty drink, I think it was way overpriced at $7.50. We all got our drinks within 10min even though there were a lot of people in line. The overall ambiance is nice and modern but wish there was a bit more seating. If you're in the area, I'd stop by just to try some of their drinks, but honestly I don't see myself coming back here again.

All of the coffee menu items here allow the option of either Vietnamese-style robusta beans or a standard blend when ordering. Be aware that Vietnamese coffee holds twice the caffeine content compared to what you're used to! But the concept of customizing is great.

Cute interior, very clean and modern. Two kiosks to order and I did see some folks pay cash with a cashier. As a first timer, would have been nice to be serviced by someone to ask about flavor profiles for the drinks I was interested in. The screen didn't have great descriptions, although some of the drinks were obvious by the name. I ordered the salted matcha with a matcha shot. Took roughly 8-10 mins for my order. They had a cute flower decoration on top of the foam. To me, the flavor was average, nothing particular stood about it. Def social media hype. I would consider trying again if in the Duluth area but wouldn't go out of my way.

The drinks are good but with that being said I do drink it in 5 minutes maximum and realize the cup is 95% ICE 5% BEV all the matcha drinks are really yum, I wish you could adjust sugar and ice levels but I digress....... The ube foam is lowkey hit or miss sometimes it's yum sometimes it taste bland :( also if you don't like sweet... DO NOT GET THE LATTES!!!!!!! the banana latte and corn latte is diabeeto. Personal favorite: SESAME MATCHA MMMMMMMMM

Love love a good matcha! Came here close to closing on a week night, and surprisingly it was still pretty crowded! So I would expect a little bit of a wait after ordering. I loved the self kiosks that they had. We got the ube matcha and strawberry matcha. Both were probably some of my favorite that I have had in Atlanta. The inside is super aesthetic with lots of opportunity for pictures. Loved it so much. Definitely worth the hype.

Super cute, minimalist spot to hang out or work at. I got the corn matcha latte and it was really good! The matcha is high quality and the corn flavor really pulled through without being overpowering. We ordered through the kiosk, but the staff was friendly overall.

Very aesthetic cafe. The drinks are a little on the pricier side around $8-$10. You can't adjust the sugar or the ice level which is disappointing. They have the cfa ice which takes up most of the volume. The viet coffee is good and strong. Matcha is good & sweet but not the best. The herbal drink is refreshing, decent amount of toppings. Limited seating and they have WiFi. I personally wouldn't study here because how busy they always are.

I wanted to come see what the hype was all about and wow, the place was super packed. It's definitely nice and modern, but the setup and waiting area felt a little awkward. We ordered four drinks, and for some reason they all tasted watered down. My coffee didn't have that strong drip-coffee flavor, and my daughter said her matcha tasted more like milk than matcha. It'll probably be a while before I come back, but I do plan on giving it another try once the crowd dies down.

I love that you can just order at the kiosk. Once you're done adding things to your cart to order, you can just give the kiosk your phone number. There's a screen by the door that tells you what are orders are in progress and which orders are done. You get a text message once your order is ready and you can just pick it up at the counter. The drinks are fantastic. They have lots of traditional options to choose from but also some experimental options. I would recommend any of the coconut foam drinks as well as the lattes. It can be a little busy on weekends but during the weekday there's plenty of quiet seating. On the weekends it can be very hectic and I could not expect a place to sit. Overall the entire location stays so clean despite how busy they get.

It soooo pretty inside, well lit The wait was not that bad as I only waited for about 5-7 minutes Plenty of seating in the back. The service was good too. My matcha, was an 7/10... they only have Lactaid or Oat Milk options

Stopped by again, matcha was amazing. The salted cloud matcha is really my favorite drink here! No line like last time, was able to order and get my drink in under 5 minutes. Will be back!

On 01/14/2026, I checked out Kafeiin, a new Vietnamese coffee and matcha shop, with two friends. The space itself made a great first impression--modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a good amount of seating that makes it a nice option for studying or hanging out. I ordered the Ube Cloud Matcha, while my friends got the Salted Cloud Matcha and Salted Cloud Coffee. Unfortunately, my drink was just okay for me--2.5/5. I was really hoping for a stronger ube flavor in the cloud, but it came across very mild. The matcha itself also wasn't very prominent; the milk seemed to overpower everything, so it ended up tasting more like lightly flavored milk than matcha. If you're someone who enjoys bold matcha, this might fall a bit flat. On the other hand, my friends really enjoyed their drinks. They both said the salted cloud was the standout--creamy, well-balanced, and flavorful--and it worked great with both the matcha and coffee. Based on their feedback, I'll definitely be trying one of the salted cloud drinks next time. One thing I do wish is that the drinks were more customizable. I would've loved the option to order 0% sugar and less ice, which could've made a big difference for me flavor-wise. Overall, Kafeiin has a lot going for it: a beautiful interior, a comfortable environment for studying, and some drinks that clearly shine. While my ube cloud matcha didn't quite hit, I'm open to giving it another try--especially with one of the salted cloud options that seem to be crowd favorites.

This cafe holds its own moody, navy interior while serving delicious drinks and foods, both sweet and savory, whether you're there in the morning or in the evening. Their black sesame latte has changed me. It's all that I want and I can't stop thinking about it. I got it hot with oat milk so it's creamy, nutty and it doesn't even feel like I'm drinking coffee - which can be dangerous. I got a second one to go before I left. I also had a croissant which is very reasonably priced at $3. I'm not much of a sweets person so depending on the next time I'm in, I'd be curious to try their croffle - I still haven't had one yet in general. I believe it's made with mango slush, coconut milk, salted cheese foam, and sago. It was good! I definitely should have reduced the sugar level though, because it was too sweet for my taste. One thing I really appreciate about Artistea is that the drinks don't taste artificial. During my last visit, I got the Banana Pudding Matcha, and although all I could taste was banana, it tasted like real banana rather than artificial flavoring. Today, the mango tasted real as well, which I really appreciate. As for the activities offered, I think they're such a cute idea and I would love to participate. However, I would personally love to see more practical painting options, like mugs or plates. I just can't quite justify spending $20+ on a small figurine. One thing I would like to mention for possible improvement in future is upkeep. While the activities are cute and fun, it can get messy. We noticed a lot of paint and glute on the tables and chairs. Overall, I enjoy stopping by for the drinks whenever I'm in the area, and the service is always great. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I ordered a large and there was at least 1.5 inches of space between the fill line and the rim of the cup. Why pay extra for a large if I'm getting served a small? Given that the drink was prepared by the cafe owner herself, I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer such a drink. My other complaint is that I'd visited 3 times in the past two weeks, sat in the cafe for at 3+ hours each time, and was in a rush to attend a important zoom meeting, and planned to order after my meeting was over. 30 mins in, I was actively speaking on the video call when the cafe owner interrupted me to say that I couldn't sit without ordering a drink. So many parts of me want to justify her behavior, maybe she's anxious about the cafe not making enough money - but given that she has seen me before and I was actively speaking - that rubbed me the wrong way. I was beginning to feel comfortable at the cafe but that moment made me hesitant to return. If this hadn't happened, I would have considered this a 5/5 star establishment and found a go-to study spot.
