The company sends me confirmation email and gives directions to locate the driver after arrival in the email. I then make payment online and prepare cash tip for driver. Instead of fighting through taxi/Uber crowds, I get direction to locate the driver at a private parking lot across the arrival hall. The driver is always polite and pleasant. He keeps his car clean. The Cab has always been the company we've been using for years and the service we receive is no different and with a flat rate depending on location for Kama'āina is a great deal regardless though with the price of gas does make the cost a challenge as we drive on the freeway with all windows down all the primping I've done now look like a hot mess lol!
