Great service. Came same-day as my TV (bought thru Samsung but delivered by Best Buy), a Samsung 65 inch S95H. Technican helped me move TV to room it was to be placed/mounted. He unboxed it and tested it to ensure it worked. Within 5 mniutes of the TV being on, it stopped working. Screen went black although there was audio. Performed a hard reset but still no luck. Technicain waited with me while I called Samsung. Thank goodness I got a live person who told me that they would pick it back up as a return and give me a full refund. Meanwhile, the technican put the mount on the wall as I plan to buy this same TV but from a different vendor (Crutchfield who I should have used all along as all my TVs have come from them. But, I got a great military discount from Samsung so I went with Samsung). If all goes well, when the replacement TV arrives I will be able to put it on the wall without a lot of drama.
