The reason I had prior given a 3 star was because Jiffy used to vacuum & clean the windshields & offer add-ons, but don't anymore. Seems like those extra touches were dropped during the pandemic. They said they would fix it as well They fixed the seat and said they would fix the electrical as they promised this was common... they kept the car over a week to fix it and once the vehicle got home from being fixed.... All the dash lights came back on. They claimed they couldn't fix it due to it being police wiring issues ... but if you look at their lot ... that's pretty much all they have and had in the garage. This is no joke been an issue from day one and it's not been fixed as promised. Not only that, but they had no real info on the finance company to make sure we got our payments in correctly and on time. We had to look that up ourselves. We are not new to purchasing vehicles , I just wanted a grocery getter as I don't drive a lot. But, come on. Shady ! Don't bother.

I knew they were shady when they came out "recommending" that brake and power steering fluid be drained and replaced as a regular maintenance item. (Surprised they didn't tell me I needed new blinker fluid.) Not only that, since they worked on it I've been getting a loud vibration noise when the car idles. Like they didn't tighten something down. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but I just had to have my rear brakes (and rotors) replaced less than 3000 miles since they "inspected" them and told me they were good. If I was that close to grinding metal on metal that would easily have been detected had they done an actual inspection. Nope, never going back.
