Ask any question about the repair or your vehicle and they will answer it. Their repairs exceed OEM specs. They are truly a shop that wants to help their customers and make sure they are in a safe dependable vehicle. I could go on and on about their work and how great of individuals they are. We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans! Beware!
