Personal at Firestone took time to call O'Reillys, to replace the shock which was under lifetime warranty. Which was shipped to Firestone over night. Firestone installed the new one, charging only labor. Firestone personal didn't have to do this. They went out and be on their way to help the customer! They put help and customers first! We only found out because a friend of ours saw our vehicle on a tow truck bed and our friend called us. The lady at stans who i spoke to assumed that the vehicle was totaled and gave the permission to have the vehicle released to the auction company without notifiying us or having us sign. We still had personal property in the vehicle and not given notice to come clean out the car. We had not even received the police report or a call from insurance yet! First and last time using Stans!
