It's basically a one-woman operation, yet she keeps everything running smoothly -- from check-in to paperwork to the actual blood draw -- all while staying calm, professional, and kind. The office feels clean, organized, and respectful of patients' time. I've had less positive experiences at other locations, which makes the level of care here stand out even more. You can tell Jude genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how efficiently the whole office runs. If LabCorp leadership ever reads these reviews, this location is a perfect example of how much impact one dedicated professional can make. She deserves real recognition (and probably more support). Made an appointment online and selected this location. It's located in a strip mall where the parking lot is very crowded. The spaces seem narrow and it just always looks like an accident waiting to happen in this parking lot. I was eager to get in and get out of this area as soon as possible. Walked into the Quest location and there were several people waiting. There was an employee at the counter but also an electronic device for checking in. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to check in with the human or the machine so I opted for the machine since the human appeared to be busy. Waited probably 15 minutes. They give people with appointments priority over walk-ins. Everything went smoothly. The blood draw went quick and I commented that the blood vial went so fast. The employee commented that their vial has some kind of vacuum so it takes blood out quicker. Wow. Would return to this location if needed in the future. Just be super vigilant when driving around in this parking lot.
