I enjoy shopping at this Rite Aid the store is clean, the staff is friendly and I get prompt help at the checkout. I tried to make it my snack stop right after work. My kids text me for their favorite snacks and bang I find them here. I am greeted at the front door by the cashier even if they are assisting a customer. I easily locate the items I am shopping for, they are always on stock. My checkout experience is super, hardly no wait. I appreciate when they open a second register. Came here to get snacks and drinks. Hubby had $10 to spend on his card. He got $10 worth of snacks and drinks. I ended up getting a couple of snacks that were a $1.00 each. (See my photo) Pretty good deal. I got a sour cream and onion chips and daughter got Hello Kitty chocolate dip biscuits. Arizona drinks were on sale for 99 cents. It was buy one get one free, so I grabbed another one. I got the strawberry lemonade and an Arnold Palmer without the alcohol. LOL! They carry so many items from food to snacks, make up and miscellaneous items. I love looking around for good deals. I especially love the ice cream they sell there. I didn't purchase any ice cream cause it would melt in the car and we were still out and about. We come here occasionally when we are in the area. There's a parking lot right in front. The only negative was there was only one cashier who was ringing people up. We waited for a few minutes until someone noticed. read more

Pharmacy can get busy and there can be a short wait. Nonetheless, the pharmacy staff is always pleasant and the overall experience is great. We recently got our COVID booster and flu shots at this location. Exceptionally nice pharmacist gave the vaccines. read more

I enjoy walking into this Rite Aid. The faculty members are always there to give assistance. Blaine, the manager, was there to help me find items that I needed. Checking out was super, the pin pads were always wiped down - cleaned and Blaine and the members made sure you were able to gather everything you needed. Interactions with the employees have been great with their positive attitudes and dedication to making your shopping easier. When we first moved here 3 years ago I would have given this pharmacy 1 star. The store I would give 4 stars. Now the pharmacy three years later have drastically improved wait times, call backs, filling faxed prescriptions, proactive regarding if refill is not on time or needs a new script. I initially did not like Peter the pharmacist. However now he is the only pharmacist I like to talk to. The technicians are all very professional. I could only give 4 stars as the time it takes for the tech or pharmacist to come over to the drop off window is high. Someone should never wait longer than a minute unless they are handling an urgent matter or recounting a controlled medication. Keep on making improvements. read more

This Rite-Aid location usually has "A-OK" service and ice cream flavors. I have been here many times and the workers are nice. However, I'm really picky about Thrifty ice cream. Sometimes this location just doesn't have the flavors I want. I am a huge "mango apricot sherbet" and "cookies and cream" fan, and when I go to a Rite-Aid that doesn't provide those flavors, I am quickly turned off. Usually though, this place has one of those flavors. I think the apricot mango sherbet has been discontinued, I'm not sure. If looking for good and quick service this is the Rite-Aid to go to. It's in Eastlake so not that many people go through the area making this store not as busy as others. read more

But, let me tell you, ONLY because of her great.....advice, she told me I should go to urgent care for my Shingles instead of me goofy enough to just think vitamin D3 was going to hopefully help it? OMG, if I was to hold off another day by not doing what she told me, I would of suffered so much more profusely.....! Came in for an on sale item and they only had one. I asked the cashier- Supervisor Irma-if they could check in the back if they had more. You thought I asked her if she wanted 4 teeth pulled. She had a face as they say in Spanish- Cara de fuche. I also asked her if I could get a rain check and she replied "I don't know". How could the person in charge not know whether or not you could get a rain check! Rude and not helpful. They need to put someone else in charge here. Scanning the product into the computer generating a receipt for payment and, drawing the medication while transcribing its expiration date and lot number doesn't take 20 min plus. This is one of my favorite Rite Aids in the city because it still retains some of the design elements of 90's Rite Aid/Thrifty locations. All the other Rite Aids in the area have the updated 2010's redesign but this one has an interesting hybrid. The staff there is so helpful and will entertain all manner of questions about the architecture and design of the store! There is no ice cream stand at this location but its ok because the dollar section is well stocked, and this is one of the few locations that sell Moon Pies in multiple sizes. Go! to! This! Rite ! Horrid. 1 hour wait to enter me in the system. After 1.5 hours, they were unable to get my script done on the basis that my birthday is wrong. In 2 minutes I called my insurance and confirmed the correct bday. I don't know if lazy or incompetent. Undoubtedly ineffective. Update - I was personally able to call insurance and verify in about 5 minutes. Then walked next door to Vons pharmacy, as a brand new customer, got the prescription filled in under 15 minutes start to finish AND received a $25 new customer gift card to boot. Thank you for the offer to discuss Rite Aide but there's nothing to discuss. Business will naturally flow the path of least resistance. read more

I don't usually write a lot of reviews. I go from really terrible to wonderful, so wonderful i had to tell somebody, i don't care about mediocre. This store isn't in my neighborhood, but i go to the bank in the shopping center. I was out of deodorant and they had my brand. There was one can left and the tag on the shelf said $2.49. What a deal it's usually@ $6, maybe it's on sale. I think to myself "Don't do it!!! They'll scan it and it will be wrong, you'll get pissed and stomp out" i looked at the tag a couple of times and it looked right. What the hell, let's see what happens. The cashier, Eric, scanned it and sure enough it scans $6.49. I proceed to tell him very nicely rhat the shelf says it's $2.49. He says he'll go check. When he returns he says "there is definitely an error either on our part or a customers. It was not in the correct spot but i can modify the price for you". So he knocks $4.00 off the price, What a nice guy, he just made "a customer" a repeat customer. I mean, who hasn't had that happen to them. But instead of putting any effort into actually walking back to aisle 5 and checking they just say "too bad" and that's it. I was totally impressed with Eric, i worked in a retail pharmacy for 30 years and dealing with the public is not easy. I don't know about the store itself but Eric deserves 5 stars. read more
