I absolutely love there job but why are they so rude....... you are supposed to feel relieved and be able too comunícate with them when you do your eyebrows but instead they don't talk to you or make conversation instead they are talking back in forth in there language which I find so disrespectful because sometimes of talking to each other they don't do there job correctly ! I love coming here, the one woman I always go to, I don't know her name, is really fast and very friendly and my brows always come out amazing. I've been to other threading places and just haven't been as satisfied as I am when I come here. Although, I went here yesterday and the lady that did my brows who I've never seen here before, was really rude, from the moment I walked in until she was done with my brows. She didn't say a lot, and she kept rolling her eyes. She just wasn't as friendly as the other woman I've seen working in there. That's why I did the 4 stars. I been coming here for my eyebrows clean up since they had open overall I was happy with the great service provided. Lately for some reason the customer service is been lacking, today do I got very very disappointed, I Walk in did not get greeted, which is not the first time it happened before here. Well no big deal right, as they were busy helping other clients, one of them was on the phone so I took a sit and waited like any other time I was there. Waited for a little bit since there was only one person before me, while I was waiting the employees were talking a foreign language and looking at me and saying something clearly talk about me. After about 10 to 15 min of waiting an other person come in and service was provided I assumed they have an appointment, so I said ok, than another so I look at the younger girl working there and she very rude told me "you can sign in too" well I had been there for the last 15 min, very unprofessional and if your day is full with appointments will be nice to acknowledge your walk in clients and let them know that they can not be served as they have a full appointment list, not to make me wait like a fool in there. Literally one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. I wrote my name down on the list of customers waiting and asked that if in the meantime I could go get coffee and come back. They said yes so I went. When I came back I asked the customer next to me when she came in and she said just a second ago so I explained that I had put my name on the list 20 minutes prior but she did not care at all. To make matters worse, the eyebrow threader did not offer me any support and told me I had to wait the entire time in line which was the opposite of what I was told before. My first preference is BEAUTY BY THREAD FOR A REASON The women got mad at me because I stepped outside to answer a call while waiting. There were a large number or customers there and I did not want to annoy them by talking on the phone, and I could not miss this call. So when it came to my turn she told me that next time I would lose my place in line, mind you I was just being courteous to the other customers unlike the other women talking loudly on the phone. In the past I have never gotten a cut due to threading, but this time it just so happened that the women did a terrible job and cut my eyelids and left a few scars. WORST customer service EVER! I come to this threading place whenever I am in Sacramento visiting my parents. Gosh I have to say they never fail to disappoint me, What a crappy customer service. You walk in and there is no greetings from the two girls doing threading, they just seem to stare you down. Then comes the question what would you like to do, but not even in a nice way. Then they stare at each other and tell you to wait. But today I walked in 15 mins before they were closing and after five min of waiting, I was asked what kind of service I would like, after stating that I wanted my face threaded she said we can't provide that service because they were closing. Just because you know how to thread, doesn't mean you know how to do eyebrows. Tired of going here time after time (because it's literally 1 min from my house) and getting my eyebrows messed up. Went back today for my eyebrows....and now they have facials up and running! Had a facial with Harpreet and she did an amazing job. My skin looks beautiful and the treatment was so relaxing. She gave me some practical tips for skin care. The prices are great ($35 for a basic facial and right now they're 50% off) with top quality product (Dermalogica). They carry the products in the shop but I felt no pressure to buy any (though I most likely will when I have a full paycheck). Was also extremely happy with the way my eyebrows turned out. All in all, a great way to pamper yourself without paying day spa prices. I anticipate becoming a regular here. read more

I have been going here on and off for a few years. They do a good job. I have never not been happy with my brows. The main thing they lack is customer service. The place needs more ambiance and friendly faces. Maybe put some music on so it's not so quiet and awkward while you wait. I know people have bad days but every time I go in here it's always the same. Everyone is so serious and quiet! Like I said they do a good job (at least for eyebrow threading... can't speak for the other services as I have not had them done) and the price you really can't beat.
