Jenna has taken care of my amazing sculpted brows for over 6 years. She also ensures I don't have a mustache Her schedule is very flexible, even though she's incredibly busy she will find a time that works for you. Her station is almost sterile clean. It's always tidy and you know she's taking insane care to not cross-contaminate anything. FYI - STOP letting the manicurists in your nail salon wax you! Most are NOT LICENSED to do waxing!!! And don't follow health and safety procedures because they were never taught to do this! Jenna is a licensed Cosmetologist and has been for many years. We were cool in the beginning but then the customer service became bad. Don't go to her, I don't recommend. It's so hard to find someone that waxes good and someone that is nice. The waxing was good but the customer service towards the end wasn't good. I wish places like this would tell you their policy from the very beginning from your first visit instead of when something happens in your life. This review is long overdue. I will start out by saying how picky I am about my brows...like really really picky. I have blonde brows and they aren't exactly thick so its hard to find someone who wont overdue it when it comes to waxing. I have been to several brow waxers and I always leave disappointed. Definitely recommend Brows by Jenna! My 12 year old daughter is at the age where she needs to have her eyebrows managed. I was nervous about her or I plucking because I did not want to mess up the shape of her eyebrows, especially for the very first time. But I was a little nervous about waxing for a 12 year old, if her eyebrows would look appropriate for her age. However, I am SO glad we went. Her eyebrows were shaped the right way, setting the foundation for great brows her whole life. Most importantly, Jenna did an outstanding job shaping them! They look well shaped, beautiful, and absolutely age appropriate. My daughter actually gets compliments on her eyebrows often! (Including from a few female teachers at her school!). Lastly, I also got my eyebrows waxed for the very first time! I was nervous at first because I didn't want my eyebrows to look strange etc. But I knew I was not shaping/plucking them correctly. Jenna did a great job shaping my eyebrows and gave good tips on how to manage them. I would absolutely recommend Jenna and also for teenagers who need to start grooming their eyebrows. Let a professional correctly shape their eyebrows from the start. As I said, my daughter is 12 years old and the work Jenna does is age appropriate and beautiful for her.
