    Mango cheesecake bingsu

The greenery is so unique and air felt so clean at this cafe. I wasn't a fan of the bingsu being in a cup vs bowl.. it was so difficult to eat and sort of an inconvenience. My daughter really wanted the bear which was $1.50 to add. Like really? Just tasted like ice. We ordered the mango cheesecake bingsu. It was just okay.. expensive. This place is just a one and done for me.

coffee was nasty and milk tasted like it was expired. Also the worst part was that the coffee was watery. Will be contacting the owner for s refund and a complaint will be filed

Cute dessert cafe with Asian flavors and an endless option of drinks. If you're looking for a sweet treat, this is a good place to stop by, but it falls a bit short in terms of quality and vibe. In other words, it feels like a paradise for kids but just ok for adults. They also have some bakery items and sell an array of plants.

Kakigori Dessert Cafe is located in the Parkway Square Shopping Center in the Southcenter area of Tukwila. This shopping center gets busy, so you might need to park further away from the cafe. However, there is plenty of parking in this lot. The cafe itself is cool. They have plants for sale inside, which I wasn't expecting! I didn't walk through the whole cafe. I just stayed up front by the cash register waiting for my order to be ready. I've been to Kakigori Dessert Cafe once before in their Capitol Hill location in Seattle. So, this is my first time at the Southcenter location. I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Croffle to-go and my total came out to be $14.33 after tax. It was very HOT, especially the sticky rice part. It was good, but I don't think this combination was ideal. I will return to try other desserts soon!

The desserts are amazing!! They had quick and friendly service. The plants were gorgeous and really made the place feel welcoming. I highly suggest the tarot!!

We really enjoyed the shave ice here after our hotpot meal. The ice was very soft and melt in your mouth. We were surprised by how delicious it was.

Special request for Black Sesame with strong Matcha but not super sweet (to-go) & I love it so much!!

Very delicate dessert. Although it says bingsu, it's less sweet than normal bingsu in my opinion but tasted great regardless. Very creamy . 4 starts for A little slow services and a little pricey.

We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Bingsu and the Japanese Mochi Bingsu. Both were really good. They are not super sweet which is good for me. The mochi was warm and chewy, reminded me of the dessert I had in Japan. They are kinda pricey at $13.50 each. But it's worth a try, since we don't have anything like that in LA, yet.

The mango cheesecake bingsu we got was really good! There was lots of mango and the cheesecake bits on the bottom were delicious. The pandan lava croffle was okay, it was really sweet and it personally wasn't my favorite. However, I am curious to try their Thai Tea Lava croffle cake next time as well as their mini bingsu series, a perfect size for me. The interior was cute, service was quick and the staff was really nice. Would come here again during the Spring or Summer time!

I was sad to hear that the Kakigori over at Madison Street closed down, so it was great that we still have one much closer to me down in Tukwila! I went here with a friend after dinner for some dessert after going through some tough, tight shared parking with Bai Tong, Miyabi and Half-Price Books around the same area. There's a few tables inside for seating, a bunch of potted plants to the right when you enter that are purchasable, and a menu in front of the cashier where you can order your stuff. Servers bring the food to you in trays, and I liked how they pointed us in the right direction for utensils and napkins if we needed any. Time-period wise, I went here on a Thursday weeknight. With my pictures, my friend and I most certainly overdid it; we got the mango stick rice bingsu AND the pandan lava toast, both of which were much larger than we thought they'd be! The mango stick rice bingsu was overflowing with very fresh mango both on the top and in the middle of the cup, just separated by shaved ice. It even came with some warm sticky rice on the side as advertised. This would well be your regular mango sticky rice in terms of taste, only that you have ice in it, which is to say that I loved the concept of this one sooooo much! And pandan on toast is a definite yes! There was a lot more red bean paste on it than what I would have liked, but the pandan flavor profile was strong enough that I didn't have to classify it was plain vanilla, and the extra mochi bits added a ton of great texture onto the dessert! The bread definitely helped to serve as a palette cleanser in the end for all the overflowing but much-needed sweetness it had. I pretty much highly recommend this place and would go here if I wanted something sweet in a pinch! They have plenty kinds of desserts or just plain soft serve if you want something more simple.

At the price point given and value, the dessert was mediocre. I ordered the small Thai tea bingsu that was also served with warmed up mochi and red bean. My boyfriend also ordered a small bingsu and did not enjoy it. There was barely any flavoring and we got over the dessert really fast. The store is adorable with a bunch of plants for sale. And many other options to try, but after many bingsu this one isn't our favorite.

I especially enjoyed their new seasonal mango cheesecake bingsu and apple pie toast. They may have the best bingsu texture in town! They use a self-service model for food collection, utensils/water, and bussing dishes - which most diners are good about, but the staff could do a better job with wiping down tables and making sure tables are cleared and utensils are topped up. I was there for over 2 hours and they ran out of metal spoons and paper napkins by the time I went to order a second drink (about an hour in). Aside from this detail, they offer a great third space for folks to hang out in. I saw groups of friends, families, and co-working people come through, and everyone seemed to enjoy their visit.

This was my first time at this location of Snowy Village, and it's been years since I've visited any of the others because IMO the quality has dropped off since the U District days. 1) We walked in and the smell was rancid. Smelled like bad milk, bad/sharp cheese, mixed with hot dairy and chemical cleaning products. So unpleasant we had to cover our noses with our shirts the entire time, and my sister even had to step outside to breathe. 2) There was only one employee working and drowning in orders when we came in at 9pm. Understandably close to closing time. Self-ordering kiosk was doing half the work. The employee didn't greet anyone walking in and only spoke to call out the names of the orders. 3) We finally got our order. Strawberry and Taro bingsoos with extra condensed milk, and a taiyaki trio. The taiyaki dough had unfortunately gone bad. We all tasted small pieces because we couldn't believe it, and it was true. It smelled okay, but the aftertaste was strongly bitter/sour and chemically. 4) I flagged down the employee to let them know that the dough had gone bad. He just said "ok do you want a refund?" I kindly said that would be appreciated, and he said "ok" grabbed the box, and went back to work. I was confused and had no idea if I was supposed to do anything next. Im used to refunds being processed on the spot and having to sometimes provide my card again. I waited a few minutes and flagged him down again to ask him if I needed to do anything, and without moving from the kitchen, he said no he'll find my order and I'll get the refund. 5) We poured the extra condensed milk all over our bingsoo, but then realized that there was hardened condensed milk at the bottom of the little cup that it came in. This only happens when the condensed milk is left out. When tasting it by itself, we realized the condensed milk was spoiled too :( I know working in understaffed environments is hard. Most likely, he was leaving things out because orders were back to back and he didn't have time. So I leave this review in hopes that management schedules more people, and improves their processes for food handling safety. Also, I'm disappointed to see so many business taking the humanity out of customer service. Self serve kiosks are replacing workers who can answer questions, provide recommendations, and represent the company in a warm way. Companies should invest in humanity again. As of now I don't see any refund for the taiyaki. I am hoping the whole order is refunded due to the condensed milk too. Order #24 on Wednesday 5/20 approximately 9PM.

5 Star on just the Red Bean soup review…read more Meet Fresh was always just a fun place to meet, collab, and vibe for the nostalgia of Taiwan times, was just always meh on most their stuff. Much of the hot soups just had waaaaay too much stuff in them. But adding the red bean soup by itself without all the foo foo stuff maybe 2 years ago was very welcome, albeit it's buried deep in the menu to find. This was very welcome to see and their red bean soup was noteworthy for repeat visits. However, in the last 2 visits, not sure if they changed something in the recipe, the red bean soup is now TOP TIER. Top Tier for USA that is, and well, that's where we are right now. It's DELISH, pick 2 sides, so far always peanuts, and either almond pudding or black sesame ball have been just smile oozing good. So good it's almost always on our minds after a dinner somewhere that we have to stop in at the Bellevue Meet Fresh right after to finish the night. It's so gooooood!
