I had researched several knee surgeons, and Dr. Yousuf had the best overall ratings in the Prosper/Frisco/McKinney area. My wife had a spinal fusion performed a few years ago, with a horrible experience. We had our concerns about knee surgery, and resulting pain/pain management due to the problems she incurred with the spinal fusion. Dr. Yousuf's protocol is great for managing the pain. He was careful with the surgery itself and any damage to tissue. In addition, he had a ON-Q pain ball installed, which made a dramatic difference to the level of pain. In fact, my wife was up walking the day of surgery, and walked a quarter mile. The icing equipment he prescribed is awesome as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Yousuf, and I also plan to use him for my own knee replacement when its time. He has my complete confidence. Nicely Done Dr. Yousuf!!!

I visited first in September to have my iud removed after waiting 50 minutes to be called back. Not even to see the doctor but simply called back for vitals. When he finally made it I said "I hope you were delivering a baby" and he said "I wish that was it". Ok! I was so flustered that I hardly asked any of my questions. I asked for him to call in some prenatals for me... he never did. Then I get a bill in the mail for $50 after I already paid a $70 copay. Turns out this was all an error and I was credited on my next visit. Still annoying. Fast forward to 3 months later where we are pregnant and I schedule my first appointment. Well a week later on New Year's Day I started bleeding with visible clots. It was the longest 24 hours ever to wait for the practice to open on 1/2 to see when I can come in. I called no less than 9 times starting at 9 am and no one was answering. I left a message and heard nothing until 1045 am. I had to call their Plano office (nicest lady ever who was so sweet and caring, btw) to get any sort of progress made. So I go in at 11, wait forever again but not quite 50 min, to see dr. Estafondiari who, was very lovely as I said. She was the only dr present so I understood that I had to wait. They do a sono and labs and send me on my way and tell me they'll call me the next day (a Thursday) with results and I'll come back Friday to check my levels again. Thursday rolls around and I'm patient until the afternoon when I call and leave a message asking for my beta results. I finally get a call back and it's pretty clear I've miscarried and the dr tells me not to bother coming in the following day for labs again. So it doesn't stop there. After my devastation the practice has the nerve to call me and see if I'm still coming for my labs. What?! I miscarried and we all know it. As if that wasn't enough I get an appointment reminder a week later about my upcoming sonogram appointment. WHY WERENT THESE APPOINTMENTS ALL CANCELLED!! I had a miscarriage. End of story. Please fix these problems because it's devastating to treat a woman who's suffered loss like this. I will not be back. What a shame for such nice doctors to have such a crappy staff.

We…read moresaw him for the initial appointment and was supposed to see him for a second appointment to clear our child for discharge. Instead, what he said was that he did not need to see our child again since he felt comfortable that he saw the baby the day before. Yet he charged us for the appointment and when I call his office they inform me that the second appointment is still charged regardless for processing discharged paperwork. Glad to know he cares more about money and his time than the health of his patients.

He would charge me even though it is a regular visit, same notes been taken, have the best insurance but he still charged me. I had enough so I called my insurance and they said a regular well child check visit shouldn't cost anything as it is a preventive medicine and cannot be charged BUT, what Dr. Abraham does? And this is from his office staff!! He puts in the notes an extra code that of course never been discussed and then it's like an office visit and not a well child check visit. Every visit was the same thing (same notes been taken but you never sign the notes so you have no control on what he puts there AFTER your visit) until I had enough paying him every regular well child visit and decided to leave him as the payment started to be too much for nothing. I really can't recommend him. Spoke with his office about it to try and find a solution but they told me that this is something he is known of doing and they are sorry. The staff is nice and I appreciate them telling it to me and helping me to find a better doctor that runs a better business out of young families.

Our son had an accident on the school jungle gym and they graciously squeezed us in and saw our son. After x-rays and determining that our son had an exposed nerve and 3 concussed teeth, Dr Mathew advised us to see a endodontist. (Now, Dr Mathew does do root canals, but with our son's adult teeth so new, he wanted an endodontist to see him.) And that makes us trust Dr Mathew even more! Rather than just doing the root canal because he could, he had our son's best interest in mind. Dr Mathew's wife, the office manager, called every endodontist they trusted! We finally found one and she made us an appt for later that day. The endodontist was able to do Vital Pulp Therapy, and we are hopeful of saving the nerves! Dr Mathew's office even called to check up on our son later that evening We are so thankful for Dr Mathew and the entire staff
