My response to Dr. Shipes March 19th reply: FYI, I am considered to be the most polite, patient, respectful, classy and honorable person that anyone can meet. So, when you accuse me to be the rudest person that walked into your spa, you are INSULTING ME BIG TIME. I am asking you right now TO STOP. I believe it is time that you stop talking about how rude I was when I visited your injector Brooke for the following reasons: 1- you were not in the room..YOU ONLY HEARD HER SIDE OF THE STORY..AND TOTALLY IGNORED MINE..WHEN IT SHOULD BE THE OPPOSITE..AND IT WILL BE A GREAT TRAINING FOR YOUR INEXPERIENCED Brooke. 2- Smart businesses ALWAYS PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST 3- You injected me again after that encounter and charged me for 20 more units..if you were so upset with my rudeness, why did you let me in, inject me and discuss a plan for fillers?? things are Not adding in my mind 4-Brooke is super inexperienced in every sense 5- worst of all, the owners of this spa are the rudest and inexperienced business people I have ever encountered. I have every right to write a review here as a patient based on my experience with the spa. You should take those reviews to heart and resolve them with the best way possible by respecting your client and not insulting her and accusing her to be the rudest person. BTW, why are you so concerned about the business and my remarks,,since you claimed that you already have 1000 patients and you just opened the spa recently???? do you know how long does it take for reputable experienced dermatologists and plastic surgeons to have 1000 patients!!!!! and that is when the business, its credentials, doctor's experience and products authenticity all have a 5 star rating!!! ER work is different than having this kind of business...Good luck in straightening your business up.. I guarantee you that you will have many more disappointed customers like me (you already have a few)...and they will be called rude, rudest, whatever for you to shine..What matters at the end of the day, is what and how is the customer being treated and if the results of your products and services work and last. ================================================================= Sadly, the owner of this business either Dr. Shipes or her brother John or both are not in touch with reality and have so NO SENSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I thank you for your comment below as you CONFIRMED my opinion of you and the business. No One was in the room with me and Brooke when we were discussing the botox that you injected 2 weeks earlier. Hence, no one knows the details of the conversation. Dr. Shipes, you asked me when I came back a week later and I told that she was quiet rude with me when I told her about my previous experiences with botox. She was arrogant, rude, inexperienced and has no idea how to talk to customers who had fillers and botox injected before. You obviously disagreed with her since you charged me for another 20 units to fix the problem. Why did you? Reputable doctors never ever walk out of the room to get a syringe, they open the box in front of the patient while being brand new. No wonder the botox you gave me did not last 2 weeks!!!!You have diluted in the other room. Your fear to continue losing injectors as you are building your business will continue to cause you to lose your reputation and customers..in my humble opinion. Oh and by the way, if you promise to give me free products and services every day for the rest of my life, I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT AGAIN IN YOUR SPA. You and your staff are getting training on your customers right now, hence ALL THE DEALS ON GROUPON and hence the product does not last...Just like you and any other person, I pick a doctor that is reliable, experienced, courteous, respectful to me and my needs and who will not fool me with his/her products...someone who will NOT ACCUSE ME OF BEING RUDE WHEN THEY WERE NOT IN THE ROOM AND TAKE THEIR BRAND NEW EMPLOYEE'S INPUT INSTEAD.. I normally don't do reviews but this spa... luxe medical spa, let me remind you has earned my time! Ladies listen if you want to restore your relationship, marriage or love life, this is where you need to be! I've had three kiddos and was to a point where I felt like, what's the point in sex! We'd sometimes just stop because he couldn't feel it and nether could I. I also stop working out because of the pelvic issues. As a woman knowing that this part of your life could be over at such a young age is very devastating, and emotionally you're broken. I had one treatment for vaginal rejuvenation at this location, and of course I didn't tell my husband, but let's just say he's on me like white on rice and I'm not joking. I also want to be clear that my husband loved me regardless, and understood why my female parts changed. Intimacy is a major part of a relationship and I wanted that part to remain the same! We still cuddled, we still kissed, but I wanted that love making interactions. Today I came back for a second treatment (3months later) and not because of the same issue, but because I have decided to go back to strength training at the gym. I want to continue to not have laxity in that area at the same time when lifting heavy weights. So be patient I'll come back and let you know how it went for me! Thank you Sheryl! read more

I went to Luxe today because I finally talked myself into lip injections. It's very scary to me but Dr Shipes talked to me for quite awhile as my nerves calmed down, John came in to ask Dr Shipes a question while I was in there, and he could tell I was a little nervous,I'd never met him, (he is an esthetician) but he stayed in there also and pretty much held my hand which I greatly appreciated. They were both very knowledgeable on the products and took the time to explain what they all did and which one would be good for me. And I love it! She injected just the right amount so they still look natural. I will continue to go to Luxe Medical Spa for all my future beauty needs. A++ on service and procedure. This place is breath of fresh air compared to other spas. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented but they are so incredibly kind. I feel safe and comfortable with these people and I know that the products and services are being sold and performed by a well trained staff and physician. I came in for low energy, poor sleep, and overall poor sense of well being. After an exam and some testing, the treatments that I have received have changed my life. Highly recommended!! Sherryl Shipes will talk with me about any concerns I have all the way through our visit. Also explains about any other services offered there. She makes sure I am comfortable mentally and physically. The best I have ever seen in this type setting. I live hours away but will drive it just to have the superb service she gives! Her appointments have almost no wait time, so you are in and out pretty quickly. You can't beat the prices either! It's just an overall Win - Win !! I went 2 days ago to complete my Botox treatment for my crow feet. I got 20 units. Two weeks before that I did 40 units on my forehead, my upper lip, and my eleven. I'm completely happy and satisfied. My face looks so rested and I looked like I took about 15 years of my age. It was pretty fast and Sheryl is very friendly and understood my needs and my requests. This is the place to go for a very uplifting experience!! Dr. Shipes is so caring and takes time to know what you want.and looks at what you may need all while making you feel beautiful. If I could give Luxe Med Spa 20 stars I most certainly would! John and Dr. Shipes are so lovely and informative. The hydro facial is absolutely amazing. My skin looks and feels awesome!
