Sadly, my kids are almost two and still not walking, but I arranged with family to be able to not need to lift them and to schedule surgery for September. I was SO EXCITED! I called to put down my deposit, but was told that because it had almost been a year since my initial consult that I needed to come in again, so I did and was appreciative that I wasn't going to be charged another consult fee. The nurse and staff were all so kind in explaining this to me so I scheduled the second visit. After having pleasant conversations with the aesthetician and nurse, Dr. Khan comes in and seemed different than our first visit (which btw I thought fondly of her from), in this visit she hastily took my measurements again and explained that my breasts were now much more saggy and I needed not just implants, but a lift. I didn't understand her thought process so I explained that and that I didn't want more scars which would be involved with a lift. She then said, "Let me put this into terms you'll understand, you know when you fill a grocery bag with more stuff and it just sags..." ... I think asked, "Do you think my nipples are going to be downward facing if I don't do the lift too?" And she said "I don't know, but that's why you come to me and not Dr. Google." Honestly, I just didn't understand why I couldn't get a better explanation for the lift and maybe I do need one, but if she was treating me like this during consult then I didn't think she would take any of my other questions very well either. My feelings were hurt, I was so excited to schedule surgery coming in, but she didn't seem interested in helping me so I decided to just leave and booked an appointment with another surgeon in the area. If she could work on explaining reasoning better or maybe showing some examples that would be helpful.

What stood out to me was how every review cited how much time he spends with you, whether it's a consultation or follow-up visit, etc. Even with this knowledge, I was still amazed by how very true those statements were. The night before my surgery, I had last-minute changes to my post-op care. He and his staff jumped through hoops to resolve MY issue. You will NEVER experience this with another doctor, nor their staff. He has a bedside manner that most do not, and he understands the importance of his name on his work. Anyone I encounter is shocked at how amazing I look since my surgery. Other places I go, for basic beauty/maintenance services (hair, nails, pilates), are beside themselves as they have seen their fair share of clients who have had plastic surgery, and they tell me that my results are the best they've ever seen. Texas is a large state with very qualified professionals, just go elsewhere, you will be thankful you did. This place was an awful experience and I would never recommend it.

However, Dr. Obaid called me personally to rectify the situation. If only all Doctors cared this much about what a patient went through! Our case is a very small cyst that has to be removed from my son's head, and he could just as easily moved on to bigger cases. I am extremely impressed that he would take the time to call us and actually cares about what happens to my son. Original Review: If I could give this office less than one star I would. We had a consultation to remove a small cyst from my sons forehead on December 1st 2014 at his Southlake location. I was told that they would get back with me within a couple of weeks once benefits had been verified. I gave them over a month and when I still had not heard back I called and was told that someone would get back with me. Almost two weeks later still nothing. Called last Thursday and was told by the office manager that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and that she would get back to me within the hour. 5 days later, I called again to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be told that we have not met any of our deductible. I do medical billing and am well aware that we are over halfway to our deductible. I thought that after waiting this long at least the information would be correct. I was looking at my benefits page as I was speaking with her. Absolutely deplorable professionalism. Not even an apology. I guess that since we were not there for high end cosmetic surgery, we did not qualify for professional, courteous or even accurate service.

The day of the surgery, Dr. Pollock met me at the surgery center to go over the final game plan. It was a smooth process once I got there and all went very well. This is a major surgery, so recovering takes time and work. It takes a lot of time for the swelling to go down and the feeling to return to my face and cheeks. I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.
