Five star service and friendliness. Quality coffee. Wonderful set up and the live plants throughout the store were a delightful touch. A couple items that prevent the fifth star. 1. The cashier was phenomenal. Very outgoing, kind..she made ordering easy. The barista...what a horrible attitude. I ordered a small coffee with a 4 espresso shots, poured over ice. I received it hot, kindly asked to have it poured over ice. The barista poured half my drink over ice...than i needed to ask for the other half of my drink...which was still hot. Just quit man..if you hate your job so much...just quit. You shame the customer and than insult them just because your mad at the world? This was a quality cup of coffee. Excellent flavor, pulled well. I think they roast on a Loring-air roasted regardless. The espresso was bright, fruity without tartness. Really well done. Congratulations to your roaster and barista for doing such a good job. read more

Espresso tastes great... probably the best I've had in Wasilla. However, it's rather bold for a barista to sit there and arrogantly argue that a flat white and a latte are the same thing. It's not worth the fight, create what you need to. I explained the difference to the other barista which was willing to listen or at a best entertain me but the other one not so much. The water dispenser isn't out for public consumption. Weird water cups provided that look like cafeteria cups. Drinks are served in to-go cups which is bad for the environment and changes the experience of a steamed milk drink. I came here and asked for an old-fashioned donut and was given a blueberry donut. This is a great place to sit down and meet with an old friend and not order coffee. I really enjoy the calm environment. I even conduct meetings here with possible clients. Typically when you go to Kaladis in Wasilla you bring your own coffee. This is because if you really want to keep the vibe, you should drink something that tastes good. Personally, I like my coffee hot. If you decide to bother the staff with your useless rabble, consider the answer for yourself first. Honestly, most of us who forget to bring coffees simply use the espresso machines ourselves. The staff encourages it with their "help yourself" attitudes. When I went in to Kaladi Brothers I expected some fantastic service, being as it's a local business. They might as well have slapped me in the face and thrown my coffee at the wall. I'd rather have been served dog turds in a cup. Kaladi gave me a luke warm coffee and whispered my name as they set it on the counter. If I went to Starbucks I get to hear my name belted proudly by the barista. I have to sort of guess when my coffee is ready, and when I do walk up and say "is this my coffee?" I have to crane my neck over the counter in order to hear the socially awkward teenagers that they hire to run this operation. I feel like I'd have better luck if I reached my hands over the counter and operated the espresso machine myself. It feels like I'm paying a kid at a lemonade stand to encourage him to keep going. Only I'm not, I just want my coffee. This isn't play time, this is coffee time. Don't give me inconsistent-tasting,cold,brown sludge with a coy smile and call it a beverage. I want the young adult to make me a tasty espresso and say "HELLO NIK, THIS IS YOUR COFFEE AND I STAND BEHIND IT. ALTHOUGH I MIGHT BE IN A RELATIONSHIP AND BRENT IS TEXTING ME, I CAN SEPARATE WORK FROM PERSONAL LIFE AND I REALIZE THAT YOUR COFFEE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT AND WHEN YOU PAY FOR IT, THAT ALLOWS ME TO KEEP MY JOB. I truly believe you just can't go wrong with kaladi coffee. They could try to get better pastries like the kaladi shops in anchorage, but I get that the ones in town have the advantage of being close to New Sagaya bakery (can't think of the name?) BUT they could try. The coffee is great! read more

Kaladies Brother coffee is hands down the best coffee in Alaska. Consistent at all locations. I was a bit disappointed in this locations food selection. All they have is donuts. All other Kaladi Brother location have amazing food. The donuts looked very good but was looking for a healthier choice. read more

Great place. Just what you want in a coffee shop. Tables for socializing or doing business, Internet, and great locally roasted coffee with a unique taste. Lots of regulars makes it fun. I feel like you can't go wrong here it is a good place to be able to just relax you most likely don't even need coffee their cool calm environment is great and just relaxing.
