The service was great, the baristas were friendly, but how is the coffee and pastries? Grrrrrrrrreat! ( I had to do it!) the first thing I ordered from here was the cold brew, with sugar free vanilla and ( iced) and a cinnamon roll or bun. The coffee was smooth,and not too strong but still coffee. The cinnamon roll was otherworldly good! It was small but packed a huge amount of flavor. I think my favorite element was the fact that it was almost braided and a little sticky but perfectly balanced and not super sweet. The vibe of the place is one that you can eat your breakfast in comfort, have a breakfast meeting, baby shower, birthday party, etc. The space almost looks too nice to be just a coffee shop, the owner laughed when I told him that. The other pastry I have tried was is the pumpkin blintz. I'm not even a pumpkin guy, but they looked so pretty that I had to try one and that is the best pumpkin anything I've had. Light, crispy fillo dough with a light, airy, mound of delicious pumpkin whipped cream?! Crazy good!

But if you need to head back to Palmer after leaving, it's a little tricky. When my schedule gets busy and I don't have time to cook, I will definitely be back.

When I went Jennifer took my coffee order and it was delicious! Karma cafe has prepped meals for sale as well as meal plans for each month. They have labels on every meal with the macros. The meals change pretty much weekly from what I've seen and they keep their facebook page updated. Great for gym goers or people who need some good healthy food in a pinch! Definitely going back.

I ordered them with a standard level of sweetness. If you like your drinks on the sweeter side you will definitely want to customize the teas to a higher sweetness level. The tea was really good & strong. The boba was fresh, and perfectly chewy. Service was quick, friendly & attentive. The spot does have a few tables if you want to sit & enjoy your drinks. It's clean & very open with wood accents. I can't wait to try more of their menu. The Seoul style coffee drinks were also calling my name! From hot to cold drinks, coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, sodas... need a bite? They also have breakfast sandwiches, baked goods & other treats! My sister got her usual coffee beverage (I'm not a coffee drinker) so I didn't try hers, but she swears it is the best from THIS stand & no one else can compare. While I don't prefer regular Red Bull, I am a fan of their flavored versions, and this gave me the opportunity to customize it with my favorite: passion fruit! So, it's safe to say the passion fruit Red Bull Italian soda I ordered was fantastic! Not too sweet, perfect amount of flavor & just enough ice to keep it cold but not watered down. One suggestion I have for this business- place a menu large enough to read outside the stand near the drive-thru queue!!! There is literally no way to see what the options are before you get to the window. Which, in turn makes the wait a lot longer when you have to study the menu after getting to the window to decide. We wanted to have our order decided before getting to the window to speed things up a bit. It would significantly help both the customers & baristas. We literally don't have coffee stands like this in the Phoenix area. One thing I really miss about Alaska. It was great to have the opportunity to visit a few times while in town again.
