Meal plans - if you're not into cooking and/or prepping your own meals, you can sign up for plans that allow you to pick up a certain number of meals throughout the week. The types of meals change every week Additionally, they are also a coffee shop using a roaster called Tony's Coffee. Whole beans for sale, too. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little awkward. If you're coming from Palmer on your way to Wasilla, it's perfect. But if you need to head back to Palmer after leaving, it's a little tricky. When my schedule gets busy and I don't have time to cook, I will definitely be back.

So we jumped in the car and headed a few miles down the road to this cute little espresso stand. We arrived at 8:01 AM and they were promptly open and ready to make us some coffee. We placed our order but the baristas were not 100% sure if they knew how to make what we asked for (a long pour americano) they were super pleasant and willing to learn. One of the baristas was actually in training so it was a great opportunity. Let me say the coffee was DELICIOUS! They use Kaladi beans and have a great variety of drinks, flavors, and snacks ranging from breakfast burritos to pretzels and cheese. To top it all off they had dog treats for my pup so everyone was happy! We will absolutely be making this a regular stop when we are in Willow!
