Always a great experience in the waterpark. Kalahari keeps up with trends and does a great job all around. There are lots of slide and water options for any age. Whether you love waved pool, lazed river, hot tubs, tubes, body slides.

The vibes and place is nice. There is so much attractions and activities. My family went down during Christmas break and a hot tub in the winter cold while it snowed was amazing. We also got a cabana to watch college football which was really nice.

Third time here and I think it might be our last. We will be checking out Great Wolf Lodge instead. Rooms are starting to be dated. Lots of nicks and scratches all over the walls from use, dishwasher smells like sewer when you start it. The games have gotten exponentially more expensive. For a family of four mini golf (8 holes) is $40. We had three problems during our stay: 1. We were charged $100 for towels we didn't take. I had to text to fix this. 2. We had to ask 4 times for cleaning service to come and when they came they didn't touch the beds. 3. The lock was broken on the balcony/ patio door in the room where our 5&7 year old were going to sleep. I had to ask multiple times for them to fix this safety hazard. When they did come, the lady was nice. 4. The $20 non alcoholic milkshake a got had stale ingredients and was more whipped cream than milkshake. Despite getting it to go, the attendant bringing my shake from the kitchen to the to go order area expected a tip? It wasn't very good either. If I'm paying luxury prices, I want to see quality ingredients. 5. Last time we were here, we were astounded at the lack of health food options, especially for children. Besides the $100 for 4 people breakfast buffet (which even then was sparse with just grilled zucchini, sautéed mushrooms and raw oranges) we didn't see a lot of fruits and veggies. We brought food this time and it was so much better and cheaper. We were thankful that they offered us a closer room that was a 2 bedroom but since it doesn't have a kitchen, we stuck with/ a 1 bed room suite with kitchen. It was a super long walk, but good exercise. Their texting service is nice too. Unfortunately I had to use it a LOT due to problems and felt like I was constantly in my phone due to problems. There were some new games that were fun, but the prices all went up since last time and the facilities and prompt service just didn't match. Wave pool had things floating in it (I mean this is probably anywhere with kids) and the elevators and floors were sticky. We've truly enjoyed Kalahari except for the outrageously priced spa ($75 for 30 mins and with a lady insulting a pregnant woman) in the past. The kids still had lots of fun, but the adults were less than impressed.

I was here a few years ago and I had a blast. My brothers and I came here earlier this last week on Wednesday and stayed until Thursday morning before leaving. I understand that some of the water part was under construction and we tried to make the best of it. It really sucked to find out that they didn't allow 4 people anymore for the water slides. The fact we have to wait 5-7 mins even now for a tube to get on the water slides and then find out it's only 2 people only. I remember when it was 4. Overall maybe next time things will be a lot smoother and better as in regards to the water park. We did try the 7D game, which did have some technical difficulties. But it still was fun. The mini golf glow in the dark was fun. Had no issues. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Had burgers, Mac and cheese and Pina colada. The room was super nice but may have to do a lot of walking depending where your room is at. But overall hope to try it again another time when everything is a little bit more functional. Was a tad bit disappointing but we did make the best of it that we could.

We loved our stay at Kalahari. The room was very nice. The park was jam packed with fun things to do. I will defiantly be back. There were a few snafus along the way (bands did not open the room), but guest services handles them well. The room was nicely remodeled. I don't understand all the low reviews.

My son received 6 staples after getting hurt in the wave pool. Lifeguard watched it happen and did absolutely nothing for my son.

Gross, gross, gross. Yes, we all got sick afterwards. Not covid but some kind of respiratory issue, maybe mixed with a cold.

I booked for my friend's bachelorette party and I am beyond thankful I found them. The original bar we went to wasn't what we expected. I was so stressed because I wanted the bride to be happy. Since Racquel and DaMante are so amazing and attentive, they checked on us and offered to take us to other spots in town. Since they had connections, we were able to go to all the best spots! At one bar, DaMante took over the entire place and became the DJ and hype man. It was like a movie. He made the place come alive and we would have had a boring night without them. Above and beyond would be an understatement. They were also so caring and patient looking after 20+ women having a good time! The vibes and service were immaculate and I will forever cherish this experience and how happy it made my friend. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had all thanks to Racquel and DaMante. Incredible humans and business. Also, Racquel is a fantastic owner. Excellent and timely communication and so warm and kind. I could not recommend booking with them enough. All I expected was transportation, lights and some good music to our destination. Little did I know they were the entire party! Thank you so much Racquel and DaMante!!!

It was pretty crowded when we went on Friday, but probably not as bad as it might be on a Saturday. We immediately went on Raptor when we got in, then Gatekeeper, Millennium, Top Thrill 2, and Steel Vengeance. Every line took about an hour. We spent about 6 hours there and only went on 5 rollercoasters. At certain rides, you can buy a fast pass at a kiosk right next to the line. We chose to buy the fast pass for Top Thrill 2 and Steel Vengeance, but neither were worth it imo. For an extra $50 (both rides combined per person), it really did not feel like we got in any faster because the lines at Top Thrill 2 seemed to be the same length whether you were fast pass or not, and Steel Vengeance was closed for awhile, but they just opened up when we got there so everybody ran in and the line was short regardless. I love The Peanuts characters and theme throughout the park. Seeing Snoopy was a highlight! I also love that there's a beach right outside. I enjoyed walking right up to the beach and putting my feet into the water. It's a nice break from the loud hectic amusement park! The food prices inside the park are high, which is to be expected. I got an Auntie Anne's pretzel with cheese dip and a large coke and all of that costed almost $20. There's also a Starbucks inside the park that seems like it's always busy. It looks like all the coffee's cost over $8. My favorite rides in order were definitely: Steel Vengeance (felt like such a long ride and was super fun), Millennium, Top Thrill 2 (people hype this one up as being super scary but it was such a short ride I feel like I wanted to go on it a second time but the line was not worth it), Gatekeeper, and Raptor. I wish we went on more but it was hot out and we had to leave to get to a dinner reservation. I'd love to come back and complete the rides we didn't do!
