To begin, Lakemont Memorial Gardens is a beautiful and serene final resting place, and the surrounding countryside and drive up to the gardens is almost pastoral. Mr. Green could not have been more helpful, professional, and comforting in helping us plan for the interment of our beloved brother, including selecting the perfect outdoor location in the mausoleum, surrounded by beautiful shade trees, manicured shrubbery, and benches. Maurice listened to our thoughts and desire for our brother's burial, and guided us through the emotionally difficult process with a knowledgeable hand. He conducted a dignified final service in the small adjacent chapel, and as promised he attended to the preparation and closing of the crypt. We will be forever thankful for the support and care Maurice Green, and the entire staff at the Gardens provided and will continue to provide to our family and to our loved one. The Minor Family

Maybe other businesses owned by this main company have had issues but this one in Davidsonville the staff is like a family we hold remembrances they know each person there and they've made the process of losing both my mom and dad with an 11 weeks of each other a smooth process.

We made moms pre-arrangements with the help of Pat Arnold. He was respectful, making suggestions…read morebut not being aggressive. When the time came when mom passed on Christmas Day he was the most kind and gracious person we encountered that day. He gave me the assurance that she was in his care and not to worry about mom. We met with him the next day and everything was already under control. The whole staff at Hardesty is wonderful. Tuesday was reassuring and supportive, the other directors, Jim, and Todd are a blessing too. Now to make pre-arrangements for my husband and I for when the time comes, our son and daughter don't have to make any decisions and it will be a blessing for them too.
