She finished the toes and the polish was everywhere, all over my skin and not just on my nails. My boyfriend could have done a better job on my toes. I asked her to remove them. The lady who helped my mom was kind and did an okay job. I asked for the upgraded pedicure for my mom. She did not receive the upgraded pedicure but I was overcharged for it. Trish was great. She did my hands and fixed my toes. If you go to this salon only go to Trish!

I have not seen them on Yelp lately, so I had to create the page myself, and just FYI I'm not 100% sure about the address; I had to reach back in my memory to sort of put it all together. Anyway, I wanted a blonde ombre on my black hair and even showed the stylist how I wanted it from a picture off the internet. I have thick and wavy islander hair. When she started on my hair, she was seriously pulling it back as if she was trying to rip it off my head. She's lucky I have such a hard head, otherwise I would've gotten out of my chair and raised hell in there. She was seriously the worst. A customer called while we were waiting for my hair dye to set and my stylist answered it. The customer on the phone asked if there was wheelchair access and the stylist said yes. After their conversation ended, the stylist started mimicking what the customer had asked and started laughing. She finished my hair and dried it, then asked if I wanted it to be straightened or curled. I asked if she could possibly do both and she said very rudely "No, I only have time for one." So I chose to straighten it. When I saw my hair, I was horrified. It was nothing even close to what I had shown her. The "blonde" came out to an orange-yellow color. It was terrible. And the ombre was supposed to be at the lower end of my neck and down, but she had started at the top of my ears and down. It took me a while to get used to my new hair change, but after a while I ended up loving it. I did change it after a year or so. But I'm disappointed in the lack of work ethic this salon had. I'm not sure if they're still in business, but I know they will never see me again. My aunt paid for it and kept telling me to call them back to change it when I was upset about it. But why would I go get my hair fixed by the people who destroyed it in the first place? Please just go to the store and buy dye out of the box.

I've moved around a great deal and have always utilized this type of service. Thus, I've had plenty of experience (sugar, hard, cloth strips, tweezing...all that fun stuff). It seems that most of those "waxing" in Bend, use hard wax versus wax with cloth strips. The end result (in my experience) has been it takes longer (one must wait for the wax to harden), it leaves more wax residue (ugh...), it doesn't pull out the hair as well (I was told it works better for those "hard to get" areas...meh!), and really isn't any more comfortable (I've been told it's not supposed to hurt as much...there's just no getting past that part). Luckily, Jill uses cloth strips (what I'm used to, and has always seemed to work the best) and I must say....there was not one bit of waxy residue and there wasn't a single stray hair to be found. I was in and out in a jiffy and couldn't be happier. I can't recommend Jill highly enough! If a Brazilian is what you're looking for...well....this is the place!

I have very expressive brows, and with other injectors I ended up looking like Jack Nicholson -- or honestly, a clown. It was obvious they didn't fully understand how all the forehead muscles work. Dr. Covey absolutely does. She's an actual doctor who specializes exclusively in this, not a nurse or part-time injector. She's been treating me for five years, and I've never had that look again. Natural, balanced, and done right every time. I will never go to anyone else!
