I have never had a problem with their work and they can usually get you in within a couple of days of you calling for an appointment. They are open 6 days a week to take care of you and your family so go see them and you'll be very happy you did.

Never any hidden fees. Their prices are well below anywhere else in the area. If I need something fix and the car isn't drivable it is worth the tow just to get it fixed there. I had one of our vehicles towed somewhere else last week and the price was four times what Reliable would've charged. It was a loose battery connection. $150 at this other place but only $30 at Reliable. Plus the other place did stuff we didn't request. Reliable will not do anything without your permission. They will also let you know if other things need repair and wether it's important or can wait. You're greeted with a smile from Colleen or Emy and the service guys are so nice. Josh and his crew of two more treat you and your car as if you are family. I would give them ten stars if I could.

I went down to this shop to introduce myself to the mechanic and price how much the battery would be if I could find the funds. He's a great mechanic, was always there working to stay ahead of his customers. Always in a good mood and met us with a joke. If he is guilty of anything he was a workhorse. He had more energy than anyone I ever knew. If I was on road and had a question he could always guide me the right way with the problem I had or said bring it in I'm here. He's by far old in age yet but people get burned out and he was a perfectionist and has recently sold out to some nice folks also. I wish him the very best, he certainly deserves a good retirement. Knowing Earl he will stay busy, the type of guy that finds something to keep him busy! He now deserves to hunt and fish and enjoy life in some other way. I was shocked when he sold the business, but hey we all burn out and he worked in the industry for a lot of decades. He is completely inconsiderate. He will not call you when your car is done. He will not tell you an approximate time of completion. He had our truck (most recently) for over 48hours for a tune-up, and only after we called (at 9pm at night, finally, when he promised to give us an update at 3pm) did he say "oh yeah, that's been done.
