I called Morgan Service to see if I could pay them to drive a few blocks over and help me and he offered to let me borrow one for a while and it worked like a charm. I brought it back and he was nice enough to check my work (I almost tightened the belts perfectly) and get the belts just right so they weren't whining. As long as I live around here, I will be bringing our cars to Tom. Highly recommend him as a human and the business as a whole.

I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.
