It's a clean, decent location, and there was minimal to choose from, but, after all, it's the afternoon in a donut shop, so that's to be expected. I noticed what looked like a PLAIN glazed roll. I asked the cashier if it was "just glaze because I don't like cinnamon throughout a donut." He said, "We just bake it and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top." I responded, "Oh, ok, I'll try that then." Needless to say, when I left, I took a bite, released it into a napkin and pulled it apart-a whole cinnamon roll. Now, I realize clearing the shelves at a donut shop makes for a really good business day, but doing it at the expense of a positive experience is risky. Maybe he sold it to me, feeding off the fact that I couldn't tell if there was any cinnamon on top, I don't know. Some may say, it's no big deal, but to ME, it is. Simply put, if you KNOW something is the opposite of what a customer wants, just be truthful. It's okay to say no, at least I'm likely to return. Anyway, thats all. Go enjoy some donuts! read more

While eating a donut with my son at an outdoor table at Kelvin's Donuts, Iwitnessed something extremely concerning. A Toyota Prius pulled up and parked directly in front of the store. A woman got out of the car carrying an uncovered tray of donuts that appeared to have been made somewhere else. She brought the tray inside and handed it to the employee behind the counter, who immediately placed it into the display case to be sold. She then returned to her car, opened the trunk, and brought out two more uncovered trays of donuts, again taking them straight inside to be sold to customers. At no point were the donuts covered, protected, or handled in a way that appeared sanitary. It looked like food was being transported in a personal vehicle and placed directly into the display case without any regard for basic food safety standards. I was honestly appalled. As a customer, you expect that food is prepared, handled, and stored properly. Seeing donuts brought in like this raises serious concerns about where they were made and under what conditions. To make matters worse, I am nearly 40 weeks pregnant, and situations like this are not just unsettling--they could pose real health risks. This experience has completely shaken my trust in this business. read more

Small locally owned mom and pop donut shop. They offer a couple of small tables inside and a couple outside their shop. They have a lot of customers coming in and out, also a lot of pre ordered for pick up, so can get quite busy. For sandwiches, it's recommended to call in for pick up. It can take about 15-20 mins for them to make a sandwich if they're busy since there is only 1 person making it. My kids always ask for the #9 lunch sandwich - the croissant bacon, ham, turkey, it comes with cucumber and tomatoes. It is good portion size, runs about $9 for that particular sandwich. read more

I totally forgot to upload a picture of the donuts. They were that delish! I ordered 3 dozens of mixed fancy and classic non cake donuts. We stayed at a nearby hotel that we always stay in when we're in town so 1 dozen was for the hotel staff cause they're always amazing to me and my family. 2 dozens for mine (I have a family of 8) and they devoured it. Bought a few bottles of milk, chocolate milk and other drinks. I'm glad they had that available. Most donut shops I would go to, they run out of milk. Milk is a must with donuts! It's in a shopping center, hidden towards the back but the workers are super friendly and a cute little establishment. I loved their donuts and I'd recommend them. read more

If you care about the people handling your food wear a mask, this is not the place for you. I walked in and saw the worker did not have a mask on. For a donut shop everything is very open in a small space. I would assume especially with a mask mandate they would follow that. I asked the worker and her response was I wear it sometimes. For many this isn't an issue. Everyone has a right to their opinion. For my family and I, we are very high risk and I couldn't chance it. Would not recommend to those that prefer masks. read more
