I recently bought a home. Anyone who has been through this process knows it is a stressful time requiring a lot of patience, and a good realtor by your side, which is, in my opinion, the most important piece of the entire experience. I have never written a review and I'm not the type of person to do surveys or anything of that nature, but my realtor was so spectacular, I found it necessary to do so. I thank her for doing a phenomenal job. Kamber Stoltz, with DPR Realty in Mesa, was incredibly organized, fast, and on top of everything from start to finish. On the first day I called her, she immediately sent me listings and kept them coming, and would respond with accurate updates on the properties that interested me. She was always available and knew answers to all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and was helpful with everything, even with areas that didn't necessarily fall into her purview including making phone calls and sending emails, and maintaining contact with my lender, HOA office, electric company, etc. When something was getting off track with the bank or with the sellers, she was fast to get answers from the other parties and made sure all parties stayed focused and everything was handled properly and in a timely manner. She treated me so well it felt as though I was her only client when I know I was not. Kamber made me feel like she was doing things the same way she would as if I was a family member. I purchased a home listed for a very low price, and again, she treated it as if it were a million dollar sale. I cannot overstate how impressed I am by her incredible work ethic and job well done.
