I waited for a long time and no attempt was made to call someone at all. I remembered seeing Golden State Food and Gas on yelp. YES! I'm glad I drove a little bit farther ! No hassle! A man came out right away ! I just barely got out of my truck. My tank was large enough that I wouldn't be able to put it back into the bed. It's just too heavy. This man didn't even hesitate. Put the hose up on the side of my tool boxes, jumped up and connected it to my tank. He asked me to flip the on switch, and I gladly did. $2.79 per gallon ! What a deal ! I'll definitely be going back

Shortly after moving into our house we noticed a smell coming from our tank (which we own). We…read morereached out to Ferrell and they sent someone right away. We were told that we had a leak around the fuel gauge and it would need to be repaired, and red tagged us for this issue. The repair guy told us to reach out when we were at about 5%, I double checked this through the website chat and was told that was correct. So when we reached out for the for the appointment I received a text the very next day for an appointment for the following week, great! But when they came to do the repair, we were told they couldn't do it because it was not at 0. So we were told incorrectly on multiple occasions. So we ran our tank to 0 and messaged for an appointment. We have been without propane for 2 weeks and have been told that it may be another week before they reach out to even make an appointment. And the appointment is only for a repair, they can't make an appointment to fill the tank because it's been red tagged. So once we have the repairs completed, it might be even a few more weeks before we can get a fill! Thank goodness it's summer and we don't need the heater. But we have been without a stove/oven, and a dryer for 2 weeks already. Is this normal? So frustrating!

I have been waiting for over 12 days for them to come and they gave me 4 dates that a deliver would happen and it STILL hasn't been delivered. No supervisor or manager can be reached and they even charged me extra to get the service quicker. I would never choose them for service unless you like terrible customer service.

Today is Christmas, my 84 year old step-father has been without hot water and heater for two weeks…read morebecause he is out of propane. When we called the woman who answers was quite rude, she said that because he was only spending 300.00 which is how much he requested, he wasn't a priority and it would be 10-14 days before the driver would be available. I asked if that could move up since he's elderly and the cold wasn't good for him. She said she would tell the driver if he happens go by our house mabey he would do ours sooner, well it's now been 17 days since we first called and still no propane. We lease the tank from Amarant and have been faithful paying customers for over twenty years and to be treated as if he wasn't a priority because of the amount of money he can spend, is not how an elderly person should be treated. My step dad has now gotten a chest cold, and has hand bathed for over two weeks, I last called on the 15th which the woman that answers said she already told us how long it takes and the driver already knows. This is how we were treated in Feb. this year. We are having a freezing cold Christmas and I'm sure new year, thanks Amarant for stepping up and doing nothing to help, enjoy your holiday, we will make the best of it until Amarant shows up.

Sadly I'm not surprised to see the low star rating for Suburban. I have been with them for about 4…read moreyears and every time I get my tank filled it's a hassle. I am a small customer, only a 100 gallon tank so I know my service doesn't make or break their business, but they shouldn't treat me as such. The reps at the Turlock office are rude and ill informed and will give you incorrect information. When I called corporate to get things straightened out, I was told that this office has a high turnover rate and that sometimes the girls won't know the answer to your question but that should mean they transfer you to someone who can give you correct info, not just make up the answer. If you're a small residential customer, I would NOT recommend using Suburban, happy to say that as of today I have moved my business elsewhere.

I like that they provide a towel before entering the car wash so you can clean the inside of your car while your car is getting washed. They also have the best vacuums with extra suction to really get the dirt out of your car. You can come to the car wash as many times as you want with the monthly pass. It is ALWAYS busy but they are fast and efficient. It is young adults mostly but there is also an older guy that works really hard with the younger ones. They always do a good job and put extra elbow work on my bugs! The hand out damp cloths to wipe down the inside and are always considerate and friendly. I have started to use this car wash only and I really like it.
