We really enjoyed the bathroom in this location which was spacious, a walkin glass door shower. We were randomly assigned room #324 which we thought was so funny because 3/24 is Boyfriend's birthdate so although we usually prefer being on the top floor, we decided to keep it. It was super quiet this time, and we never heard anyone walking upstairs. Very nice gym and breakfast area downstairs. They have a hot chocolate station with toppings and mini marshmallows! And make your own waffles station, again with various toppings, eggs, toast, bagels, English muffins etc. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen area with a full fridge, microwave, even a dishwasher and you can request a cooktop at front desk to cook in the room, probably very convenient when traveling with kids. We loved our stay here and will most likely be back when in North Conway!

My wife and I stayed here recently as part of a concert package with Stone Mountain Arts Center. The Inn handled all the ticketing arrangements and provided a shuttle to get us to and from the venue. That all went very smoothly. Tim, our host, was friendly and welcoming (we know Bobby is the other half of this team, but we didn't get a chance to meet him). Our room was quaint and cozy, breakfast was yummy, and the whole vibe was great. We didn't really get a chance to check out the area, but Crystal Lake is nearby and this would be a great place to chill out for few days even if there wasn't a concert involved. Definitely on our list to visit again.

Maybe I forgot what it's like to have a fireplace from my childhood when I lived in Massachusetts. The downside is there's no coffee maker in the room and even though they have complementary coffee in the lobby they don't open until 8 AM. I'm an early riser and I wanted to get to the white Mountain national Park early so that meant I had to go a few blocks to Dunkin' Donuts to get myself some coffee. There is no breakfast included. If you get the basic room it's worth it because the rates are much half that of those with upgrades. The front desk clerk had zero personality and refused to honor the online price which was $50 less than what I paid when I reserved the room. That is just not nice. On the other hand the guy from Turkey that cleaned our room was super nice and kind to us. Would I stay here again? Yes, but I probably will not book ahead of time if it's not busy season also, there is no direct mountain view, you have to look sideways.
