Nice and clean lobby was efficient for drinks snacks and toiletries and nice place to sit and relax in front of the fireplace. The pool room had a hot tub and water park with slides and tubes to go down. The room itself was a good size king sized bed with a pull out couch. Bathroom was nice and clean shower was nice and hot tv was a good size.... The continental breakfast was very good eggs sausage toast bagels muffins along with cereal waffles and much more 4 types of coffee juice fruit and more everything was excellent

Entrance to the hotel. The best rooms are on the right hand side.

Very disappointing experience. THE GOOD: Decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Mini fridge and microwave, a nice touch. Fun water slides. THE BAD: Surly front desk staff that only seem to know the word "No" to everything. To be clear, management makes all the decisions here and does not appear to give any leeway to their staff. (I'm an experienced traveler, Diamond status, with low expectations). Dated property desperately in need of refurb. Breakfast was free, but not worth 3 bucks. Yuk. No "restaurant" on premises as advertised - only the breakfast (carb) processed food buffet. No bar. Rooms are "serviced" only every other day. No vacuuming. No change of sheets. NOISY. Super thin walls, can hear neighbors above, below and on either side. Sorry Hilton , but 3 stars is generous.

This Hampton Inn has everything we were looking for in a hotel. We were given a very spacious and clean room. The mattress was super comfortable with clean bedding. The towels were soft. The hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was adequate. I liked the sauteed kilbasa. It was yummy with hot sauce and honey. The mini waffles were good with strawberries and whipped cream too. Best of all the coffee passed the test. For added bonus, there are train tracks behind the hotel. I enjoyed the sound of the train and taking pictures. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby for any needs that might arise. They have cookies in the lobby at night. There is also a small indoor waterpark on the property. I didn't go there but there were a few families enjoying the slides in the morning when we were leaving. I will stay here again when in North Conway. It doesn't seem to be a congested as Lincoln and it gives you a quick start from the top of the Kancamagus scenic highway. It's not far from Crawford's Notch, a must see in the White mountain national park.

What a great hotel, our go to when we are in town for sure. The rooms are super clean, water park, water slides, hot tub and splash pad all included with stay makes it a great place for families. This place is also super convenient to all the amazing things surrounding North Conway, nh. The manager Tim, and Angie are absolutely caring and will do anything to make your stay wonderful. The complementary breakfast in the morning is spot on with a rotating menu as stated for three days this last trip and had new options each day. Love this place and the staff!

Walls are paper thin. I'd give it five stars if it weren't for hearing literally everything going on above and around us.

Overprice and the room smells like cigarettes. The shower was awful. The water temperature is never right.

Otherwise, it's fairly barebones and minimalistic, but very clean. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast at this location but it looked like the usual Fairfield breakfast with cereal, yogurt, waffles, and a couple of hot items (eggs, breakfast meat). The dining area is large and spacious and looked well-maintained. It's a nice touch to have a skimobile in front of the hotel as homage to the past Mount Cranmore resort area that I used to vacation frequently. The staff in front was pretty polite and friendly, though I did not have to interact with them very much. This is a good choice if you wanted a hotel closer to the North Conway Village, though you probably still would have to drive or bike there.

First, I want to genuinely commend Chris, who went above and beyond and appeared to be one of the only consistent staff members throughout our stay. He was responsible for cooking breakfast, bartending, cleaning, and general hotel upkeep. We were told he had worked 10 days in a row, which speaks volumes about how severely understaffed this property was. His effort was appreciated--but no employee should be carrying an entire hotel. Because of the staffing shortages, cleanliness and maintenance suffered significantly. Several rooms--including one we reserved--were clearly neglected. A chair in one room was covered in marker scribbles, trash cans had no plastic liners, and housekeeping was unable to provide daily room refreshes. For the price paid, daily cleaning and upkeep should be standard. The amenities were especially disappointing. The hot tub was visibly dirty, with sludge and foam present, making it unusable. To make matters worse, all of the outdoor chairs appeared to have been carelessly thrown into a sloppy pile next to the hot tub, completely ruining the area. It looked unkempt, uninviting, and poorly managed--definitely not a space anyone would want to relax in or take photos near. The bar was technically open, but with so few employees, getting a drink involved long wait times, making the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable. Breakfast also fell far below expectations. The buffet was extremely basic and overcrowded, with only ONE waffle machine for a very large number of guests and minimal food option Overall, the cost of this stay did not align with the condition, cleanliness, service availability, or amenities provided. This is not a reflection of the hardworking staff--especially Chris--but rather a serious operational and staffing failure. Until these issues are addressed, this property does not meet expectations for a Marriott-branded hotel.

We were randomly assigned room #324 which we thought was so funny because 3/24 is Boyfriend's birthdate so although we usually prefer being on the top floor, we decided to keep it. It was super quiet this time, and we never heard anyone walking upstairs. Very nice gym and breakfast area downstairs. They have a hot chocolate station with toppings and mini marshmallows! And make your own waffles station, again with various toppings, eggs, toast, bagels, English muffins etc. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen area with a full fridge, microwave, even a dishwasher and you can request a cooktop at front desk to cook in the room, probably very convenient when traveling with kids. We loved our stay here and will most likely be back when in North Conway!

Even without the familial connection, I'd be absolutely in love with this place. Family and friends gathered this past weekend for a memorial hike in honor of my dad, who passed in 2007. Leon and Nellie went out of their way to accommodate us, down to even offering additional rooms when some extra guests appeared and getting up extra early to make us to-go egg sandwiches we could take long on our hike up Mt. Washington. Both our group and the other guests at the Inn were treated like treasured friends in their home and it felt like a big old family reunion for us all. The Spruce Moose is the perfect location---a short walk to the adorable North Conway village, and a quick drive to countless hiking options. The decor makes you feel like you're visiting friends in a luxurious mountain home. Zeb and Avery, the two trusty labs, greet you at the door and will cuddle you on the couch for hours if you let them. The beds are comfy, and the rooms contain no tvs so you can truly enjoy the nature around you (though there IS wi-fi if you need your technology fix). Breakfast in the morning is delicious and filling. Tea and coffee are available at any time. It was an amazing weekend, in no small part to Leon and Nellie. I will be back to the Spruce Moose the next time I come to North Conway!

One thing that I didn't like was the wall air conditioning units. Like the last time we were there, it turns off in the middle of the night, ugh! The sheets were kinda scratchy as well. Standard amenities: hair dryer (works well!), iron and ironing board, safe, in room Starbucks coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions, cable, alarm radio/clock What I like about this hotel is the attached water park and the fun activities they have for the kids. Plenty of parking but far away from the rooms on the left side of the hotel.
