On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. After the technician finished one hour of work, we see the final bill has an extra $300 price tag, bringing our total bill to almost $950!!! We could have a bought a new vanity for that cost. After speaking with a manager at the company, they tried to explain the additional cost. I mentioned on the phone, the additional $300 completely caught us off guard from the original quote and that it was pretty significant. The office offered us a small discount because we participated in their food drive which offered a $55 discount with a food donation. Yet this is a minor salve to the financial dent this has caused. I don't recommend their service because their prices are way beyond what seems logical. For the price they charged you can almost start from scratch and arrive at the same cost to make their repairs.

According to AI, fake positive reviews are rampant in the plumbing business. I also think he isn't licensed, or at least I couldn't find him in the database of NY state licensed plumbers.
