I put a request in this morning, got a prompt answer, and arranged a time for the service person to come to my home. He was there exactly on time. He figured out what was wrong, gave me a couple of options, and then proceeded with repairs. In a very short time, everything was working again. Before leaving, he asked me to make sure that the heat was working in all 3 "zones" in the house and I checked the hot water as well. I could not have asked for anything better. I left Anthony a message and he quickly responded to my call and scheduled a time to check out the unit within days. After assessing the unit, he explained that the unit is dead and provided me with a few recommendations, replace what's required or the entire unit. He was very patient with me and explains the pros and cons. At the end, I decided the right thing to do is to replace the entire HVAC unit since the original unit is more than 13 years old. He helped replace my thermostat with Nest and even found a vent that was not connected and fixed it! Anthony is very thorough, professional and made the entire process very easy and not stressful!
