According to their website: 50% topsoil, 25% torpedo sand and 25% compost (mushroom compost). I got the delivery and they were paid for it. When I arrived from work the front yard of full of flies (in March) and it smelled like rotten eggs and dog POOP together. They are big fresh? clumps. I tried calling them but they were already closed. I'm not a new gardener but I have never used mushroom compost. The next day I got on the phone and I was told that it wasn't mushroom compost but HORSE manure (poop). The guy on the phone said some people use it for their vegetables. He didn't offer any solutions and now we have s*** under our shoes, gloves and the poop smell in the front and back yard. I tried mixing worm casting and the worms stopped moving. I don't know how long this has been processed, if it is fresh, or even what is the ph because the guy on the phone had no idea. I have felt defeated and like crying because I have to use something that would never intend to buy. The risks of using animal waste to plant fruits and vegetables is salmonella and E-Coli. This really sucks.

I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.
