Customer service is lacking (and that is being kind). Called asked to hold and proceeded to listen to some woman talk about remodeling done on her mother's house and relatives' houses while the phone was not placed on hold. Waited for 5 minutes yelled a few times, "hello, hello", and the chatter continued finally gave up and hung up. Previously called multiple times to obtain product and same thing occurred, when I finally got through was told someone would get back to me (that did not happen, go figure). If that is the face of your company, it is one that needs some serious plastic surgery. I prefer to support local businesses, but am definitely not using them. read more

Ordered a face cord and the first dropped at the end of driveway so four of us had to carry the shot wood to our patio! Second ordered the oak 20 more than the ctP wood but we got crap wood! More dirt than wood! We actually had three big plastic tubs of crap! Not the 4ft by 8ft promisised. Dont ever get anything from this company. Only added 1 star cause I had too! This is one of the WORST places I have dealt with, Cameron was very RUDE to me when asking about my delivery I had paid for over a week ago. I would get excuses every time I called about why he couldn't deliver, I.e. Its drizzling out, the truck is getting the oil changed, someone left early...ect.. IF YOUR NOT going to deliver then let the customer know as we had people coming to help us! I took a half day of work to be home for the delivery as Cameron said it would be early afternoon .. I waited.. No call no show!! Nice business!! Not!! I called this morning and was told he couldn't come! We got our money back.. No trying to rectify the situation I just got hung up on. Wow.. I called this place up as my landscaper gave me their number and said I needed a delivery of dirt. They got the amount incorrect and sent an entire semi-I told the driver that I didn't need that much and showed him my flower beds and he said don't worry-black dirt doesn't go that far and you should easily be able to use this all. What a liar! I was dumb enough to believe him. He just wanted to dump and get out of there. I called up AK to tell them it was too much while the driver was there and they didn't say bring it back and well get it right. Kim said -talk to the driver as if its the driver's decision. In other words, screw the customer. They were rude and non responsive and (some woman )Kim? told me to talk to the driver. No customer support!!! In other words, as a customer they didn't even try to fix the situation and argued with me. My landscaper came over and I said that they gave me 20 tons and I only need about 8-10. Then this company, who knew they had sent over too much told a landscaper to come by and get some "free dirt" from me. How gross. They also charged me $200 more on the dirt then they would have charged my landscaper and they knew I was working with him. That doesn't really upset me as much as not even remotely trying to fix their screw up. Sending another landscaper over who wants my dirt for free, isn't a fix. Thats admitting that you have an issue and trying to rectify it on my back instead of sending out a truck to get the extra soil. I'm reporting them to the BBB and States Attorney for taking my money and not making sure the situation was fixed. read more

Professional, reasonable and reliable. They kept me updated throughout the process answering my questions and scheduling the delivery. They set up installation for us as they don't do that part.
