Great flavor with the sauerkraut and onion sauce. My Aunt gave her Slaw Dog 4.75 stars. Tons of cole slaw (maybe a touch too much). I'd give my Memphis Dog 3.75. The McCants chili is pretty loose, liquidy and there is plenty of it on this top (maybe a touch too much). I didn't think the bun stood a chance against all the liquid toppings but, with some delicate handling, it made it through the whole eating experience. Phew. I don't know if the batter surrounding the hot dog is a mix of corn meal batter and mochi or not. It seems to have a distinctive chew to it. I liked it. It's a good intro to Korean street food.
