One thing that's very damaging to our cars are the huge high speed bumps for that tiny parking lot. Even we drive 5 mph still damaging to our vehicles. With little customers and small area, I didn't see that need at all. When I then asked for a receipt, her tone and attitude became noticeably rude. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The employee repeatedly told me she could not find the transaction and asked me to swipe my card multiple times, which made the situation confusing and stressful. What made this experience worse was the attitude and treatment I received from both the employee and the manager. I felt disrespected, dismissed, and not taken seriously as a customer. At times, I also felt I was being treated differently in a way that raised concerns for me about possible bias or discrimination. Regardless of intent, the way I was handled was unprofessional and unacceptable. No customer should leave a business feeling humiliated or unwelcome, especially after making a large purchase. I strongly encourage management to review this incident carefully and improve staff training on customer service, respect, and fair treatment of all customers.
