I needed to work and the few little work booths were taken but I sat strategically near so I could scope out when one opened up. My other coffee spot closed early so I bounced into Haraz a bit late. They do have a code inside for parking in the garage as it's doubtful you will find street parking in this busy area! It's pretty and spacious inside and all baristas very polite and efficient. I got a strawberry matcha which was about $10 with tip

The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options for both groups and solo visitors, including a separate room with a comfortable sofa and conference table that's perfect for studying or getting work done. What really keeps me coming back are the Bee Bites, which is a delicious pastry filled with cream cheese and drizzled with honey. They are an absolute 10/10 and pair perfectly with the salted caramel latte. The combination is sweet, rich, and really satisfying. Haraz is one of my favorite coffee shops to study, relax, and enjoy quality coffee and pastries. The welcoming environment and delicious menu make it a spot I'll continue to return to!

It's in a good spot because several places use this building for trainings and there is nothing around within walking distance. Smart idea CPCC. I wish they had extended hours. I had banana bread and of course coffee. The bread was moist yummy. I won't be traveling all the way here for treats, but if my job has a training there again I will be happy so I can get some great treats. Enjoy!

Partly because i didnt have time to write a…read morereview but also partly because i was selfishly concerned that too many knowing of the existance of this bakery would hurt my chances of ever eating the best cheesecake of my life again. Alas, the time has come to share my discovery. Aspire bakery is a small bakery and bistro located inside CPCC's Harris Campus. It is currently closed due to it being summer but it is typically open mon-fri during the fall/spring semesters. Basically, it is the culinary department students making delicious soups, sandwiches and baked goods for all to enjoy at a great price. Cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, tarts, scones, biscuits, macaroons the list goes on and on...all were available here over the course of the last year. Now there is no telling exactly what will be in the bakery case at any visit, but i can guarantee whats there will be delicious. In addition to the baked goods they also have a few sandwiches, salads, wraps and pannini's to choose from and always a soup of the day. I ate here almost every week for the duration of their last run and i never once had the same soup. This very quickly became one of my favorite places to eat and that was completely solidified when i had a slice of their blueberry cheesecake. It was light and airy but rich at the same time. So good. Best i have ever had. Ever. Now just to make this even more awesome im gonna talk about the prices of everything. Ive never found a bakery more reasonably priced. Sandwich, soup, cookie and a drink for around $8. The baked goods start at .50. Oh and theres no tax and the funds from everything they sell goes right back into the culinary program! It is a win-win on so many levels. It was a sad day when i realized they were closing for the summer but i know they will be open again before i know it. And when they do i highly recommend that everyone check this bakery out.

It definitely felt like a spot with a lot of regulars, which is always nice to see, and the overall vibe was very family-oriented and welcoming. One person handled both my order and preparation, and he was kind and friendly, especially once I started the conversation. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and loved that I could choose the bread. I went with the croissant, and it was a great choice. The sandwich was toasted, really good and filling. For my drink, I had the Cinnamon Toast latte/Americano Macchiato with oat milk, and it was delicious. Flavorful without being overly sweet and very well balanced. A couple small things worth noting: when I tried to use the restroom, both were locked, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the napkins available were the small coffee-style ones, and I definitely needed a few more for the sandwich. Overall, this was a solid stop with good food, a comforting atmosphere, and friendly service. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back to try more items on the menu.

Very nice ambiance with comfy chairs and a faux leather couch. They even have some board games adults can pull off the shelf and play while having their morning brew. Kid-friendly for the right age. We had a couple cups of regular coffee (nothing fancy, but 4 star stuff), a scone (nice 3 star scone when not heated up; our first was a sodden mess after heating), and a croissant sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese (4 star tasting sandwich that also might have been a smidge better on firmer bread ... the microwave just melts the whole thing together). We also got three 3-star muffins to go ... and they were excellent even the next day. All in all, this was a 4 star stop for us in the morning. While a single server handled the whole room, she was up to the task. We'll return.
