Today I came in and spent too much time going through my phone and loading and uploading and moving pictures. And in the time I was here, several of the photo employees greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. They were so friendly, and I felt super relaxed to take my time. I watched one employee talk with a customer in such a gentle way as he was helping her understand what it meant to have a family member upload a picture rather than taking a picture of a picture. It was so kind, and it's just those little acts of kindness that the world needs right now. I could tell the couple really appreciated him. Upon picking up my pictures, unprompted the employee scanned a code that gave me half off. I really appreciated that today. Thankful for this place.

After I explained further, she looked deeper and discovered the prescription had been rejected due to my insurance. I returned later with my updated insurance information, but experienced a similar issue again. When I presented my new insurance, I was told it was not accepted. My concern is not only the insurance issue, but that I was not given helpful guidance or options -- such as transferring the prescription to another pharmacy. I have now spent over a week trying to obtain an important medication, and clearer communication and assistance would have made a big difference.
