WILL NEVER BE BACK! How embarrassing! As a first-time customer, I had no idea this was a "wait in line and follow the traffic pattern" type of gas station. Unfortunately, there was no clear signage indicating I had entered through an exit, so I simply drove to an open pump like I would at most gas stations. Almost immediately, other customers seemed upset with me, but I honestly had no idea what I had done wrong. It wasn't until a security guard came over and explained the system that I understood the issue. The entire experience was embarrassing and uncomfortable. If you're new to this station, be aware that there appears to be a specific traffic flow and queue system that may not be obvious to first-time visitors. Personally, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather go to Sheeley's, where I can simply pull up to an available pump without confusion, long lines and pissed off ... Sheeley's has plenty of pumps and steady traffic flow, the experience is much easier and far less stressful. Prices are exactly the same. read more

Just returning to the airport with my rental car and needed fuel. After passing several fuel stations this one was the lowest price and directly off the freeway common to the airport. Amazingly these pumps were well spaced out, with long hoses to help in refueling quicker. I like the fact a security guard was walking around for everyone's safety. The station was very maintained. After refueling I went inside to was my hands and ya know see what they had to offer. WOW! I was happy to see the following! The restrooms were spotless and well maintained. The snacks and drinks were abundant too. They had a coffee stand with sandwiches as well. Plus, the tempting single arm bandits, (yup, I dropped a few dollars and WON a small jackpot)! Overall, this was one of the better stations with more than fuel. I'll be back here next time, maybe I'll win a bigger jackpot. read more

I filled my tank, bought snacks and a drink inside, then I was asked to leave by security, because I wasn't gambling and my 15 minutes in the parking lot was against their loitering policy. Unfortunately, getting gas at the Agua Caliente station Is frustrating. The lines are confusing. There were people cutting in line. There should be at least two employees directing customers to certain lines. To add insult to injury, gas prices should be lower than advertised. Can't beat the gas prices here and especially 24 hours! The only knock I have is that there was a sign on one of the pumps that said not to put your credit/debit card in the machine and instead tap the card or go inside to pay. It should've just said to go inside to pay because the tap didn't work so I had to reverse the car to the next pump. Slight hassle of putting the cap back on and reversing. The store was very clean and the aisles very organized and the most important thing no dust...They have EV-charging, air pump, clean restroom and drive thru coffee. The station is open 24/7. It's infront of Agua Caliente Resort and Spa. In my opinion, the gas price was the cheapest in Coachella Valley in California! 3.96! Stopped by here to get diesel gas for our van. This place has the lowest diesel gas in town. One of the perks is the coffee drink is 50% off in the gas station when you purchase 5 gallons or more of gas. Inside the gas station, the store was very clean and organized. The bathrooms are also very clean and there are multiple stalls. Ladies, no need to wait in long line for single stall. There is also a small casino area in the gas station. The girl at the the coffee area is friendly. We ordered a latte and it was good. can't beat the price of gas and coffee in one place. read more

Yesterday after work I drove here for gas. Watched someone buy gas from here pay cash and he couldn't open his gas tank so he walked inside the store to cancel it. Someone else pulled up to pump he purchased and stole his gas. Instead of helping him out and offering him credit or even an apology they threatened to call the police on him. They also offered protection to the guy that stole his gas money. The guy that stole his gas money pulled off and said he didn't know that he had to pay for his gas. I have tested the quality of gas a few times. When I get any other brand, lowest octane, it takes me 1/4 tank to get to LA. When I use the highest octane of Agua Caliente , I use a half tank. Even if I top off with Agua Caliente, it burns the fuel far quicker. Refuse to ever use Agua Caliente again even though a new station is going in down the street. Vons gas so much better. read more

This spot is not immediate off the freeway but it's not too far off. But it is SO WORTH IT!! It's the area's cheapest gas prices by far and they take contactless payments (like seriously works with Apple Pay!) The pumps are fairly busy but the nice thing is that they employ and one way flow for traffic so it makes the cars go in right direction. All the arrows are on the floor and it kind of reminds me of Costco style flow. The pumps are very well maintained and look fairly new and you even see plastic covers over the card insert area. If you are using debit it will ask for pin and won't spit out your card unless you input pin or cancel transaction. Also saw security guy on site which made me feel pretty safe! Ps. This is soooo Vegas! A gas station with a small casino inside the convenience store. What's not to love? Oh yeah, no taxes because it's on an Indian reservation - so cheap(er) gas! I'm sold. Being brand new, this place is super clean. I didn't count how many pumps they had, but it's definitely more than your average corner Chevron. To maintain some sort of traffic flow, there are directions on how to enter, similar to Costco. The problem is, people don't seem to care and enter however they feel is best for them. Kind of annoying, but that's people for you. I imagine it gets super busy on the weekends or heavy travel days. One cool thing is you can use your player's club card to pay for gas, that's assuming you've played enough to earn something. It offered me $5 for free right off the bat. It might have been a promotion though. Inside the store, there are plenty of snacks for the road. Prices were on par with other convenience stores. The small casino had maybe 30ish slots with a slot attendant sitting towards the entrance. I played a little and broke even. One note, which may or may not be a deal-breaker for some players, but these were Class II Bingo machines, as indicated by the bingo card you'll see when playing. From the player's POV, there isn't much difference, it just generates a win differently than Vegas machines, or even the ones in their main casino. read more

While the gas prices are good, the lines are unorganized and chaotic. The gas station offer a discounted coffee (50% Off) when you purchase a minimum of 5 gallons of gas. I decided to take advantage of the deal and went inside and order a medium ice coffee with oat milk. The people behind the counter were very nice but when they told me the cost was $4.05, I almost fell to the ground. The coffee was discounted but they added two up charges, one .50 cent upcharge for nothing and another 1 dollar for the oat milk. I asked why are they charging for milk and they said it a specialty milk. I have been to many coffee shops and never was charged extra for oat/almond/soy or regular milk. Needless to say, I will buy gas there when am in the area but I will never go into the store again. Also they charged me $4.25 for a small protein bar......outrageous!! read more

People screaming at each other from across the parking lot. Multiple parties of people screaming and swearing at each other. It honestly discouraged me to use the bathroom with my child. But there's really no where else around except for on the other side or the highway. Tried to use the bathroom anyway and it was COMPLETELY blocked off. Both bathrooms. Looked like a hazard zone. Cleaners with masks on and it just.... Was. Scary to be turned away from a sight like that. Like what DID someone do in there? Gas pump 12 took my card and wouldn't give it back. screen kept saying to take the card but it was locked in the machine. Had to have someone come help me. Gas was 3.64! Which is how much it would've been if I would've driven 2 miles more down the highway to the Costco or Sam's club. Huge location right across from Agua Caliente casino. Large station with more than enough pumps even on busy days, though was pretty slow when I went. Cars don't follow the directions given and just pull in whatever way they want, but when it's slow, doesn't really make a difference. The prices are not that cheap unless you are only comparing local stations within that exit. Another casino based gas location further down the road had quite a bit cheaper gas, so not sure if what other commenters reported that they do not have to collect federal taxes, since if so, that makes the gas prices even more out of line. A good spot if you're looking for something in the convenience store, though probably a skip for the gas. read more
