I visited Mikki Kangen Water Bar in Vancouver Wa because my massage therapist felt that I would benefit from it. I've been on this water less than 4 weeks . After a few years away from the gym, I decided to make an attempt to get back into shape. Everything was great...except my knee. It decided that I wasn't going to run anymore, as it grew to twice its size.
