I asked her about what I was looking for and she immediately brought me to it (they had two to choose from). She explained the differences to me then left me to decide and explore. I appreciated that she was so helpful but also not pushy or hovering after she answered my question. I explored the rest of the store and even grabbed another tea to try. The store has a lot of teas and spices in various sizes. It was well organized and stocked. They all had various tea and spice related items. When I checked out she told me that if I bring the container back they will refill with any tea and take $3 off the purchase which I thought was great! I will be back to get my chai tea here from now on.

I have to say a lot of their blends smelled really good but I ended up going with their peach blossom herbal tea. I was able to buy a go cup of the brewed tea and some of the tea leaves. The sales associate was so helpful letting us know which teas are similar. She was bright and friendly and offered to help me create a new mix when I mentioned looking for a dupe of a discontinued brand. I definitely recommend if you're a tea lover.

The shop is maintained beautifully, and my group was greeted warmly by Catherine who was working the store during my visit. She gave my group a thorough explanation of all the specialty salts available, and explained the differences in cultivation & flavor profiles of fleur de sel, sel gris, flake, smoked, and shio salts just to name a few. I loved trying the chocolate salt! We also learned about all the different origins and makers of the chocolates available as well. Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail, she made the shopping experience feel fun and comfortable. We ended up purchasing the black truffle salt, sel gris, hana flake salt, the meadow's own backyard blackberry patch & strawberry dark chocolate bars, a few other dark chocolate bars, some of the delectable small individual chocolates at the counter - and we couldn't resist also buying the cutest tiny fairy star salt spoon, too. Amazing experience, and everything was so delicious - I would definitely visit again!

They even have a salt for making tofu taste like scrambled eggs! Along with the amazing salt selection, they also have more craft chocolates than I have ever seen in one place before, including a selection of truffles that even features vegan options! If salt or chocolate aren't your thing, then enjoy a whole section of bitters and mixers that are a home mixologists dream. All in all, this is the sort of store that you head to whenever you need a gift because you'll be able to find something here for everyone. The service is always warm, welcoming, and friendly with fresh samples of popcorn featuring their famous truffle salt available any time I've visited. I cannot recommend you pop by for a visit strongly enough.

The store was full of cute and unique items, and it had such a fun, lively atmosphere. One thing that immediately stood out was how happy the employees seemed. They were singing, chatting, and genuinely looked like they enjoyed working there, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also loved that they had four different popcorn flavors available to sample. They were all so unique and made it hard to pick a favorite. The chocolate selection was even more impressive, they had a huge variety of chocolate bars from both local and international makers, and I honestly had no idea what to choose. Thankfully, one of the staff members was more than happy to help and recommended the cinnamon chipotle chocolate bar, which ended up being such a fun and interesting combination. My favorite discovery, though, was the little chocolates by the checkout counter. They were almost too cute to eat! I picked up the raspberry chocolate, and I have to say it was one of the most unique and delicious pieces of chocolate I've ever had. Even if you don't plan on buying anything, I'd still recommend stopping in. It's such a fun store to browse, and I loved every minute of being there.

They have BBG sauces, glazes, marinades. dry rubs and seasonings to spice up your proteins. And salsas and condiments too. I love the mango salsa and the salsa with corn. Their products represent every heat point of the spectrum - Mild, Medium, Hot and X-Hot. For those like me who love the sweet heat, there are dozens of several blended fruit options like mango, peach or pineapple. The amount of offerings is dizzying! If it's peppery, they have it. For those who prefer pickled peppers, they offer several varieties in their whole form or as a relish. To kick start your Chile, there are spice packages that you add to the meat and beans to ensure the perfect balance. Pepper on the run? Try their jerky. Even drink mixes. Spicy Mango Margarita, yes, please!!! I'm a fan of the heat so I really enjoyed checking out the vast breadth of products in this small shop at the Woodbury outlets. There are 3 aisles that are jam packed with offerings, neatly organized and explained. They have gift packages ready made or you can make your own. And if you run out of something or decide you want more, they have a complete online shop, the website is in the info section for Pepper Palace. I left with some pepper jelly which I will pour over a block of cream cheese or Brie for the easiest and most satisfying appetizer. And the spicy mango drink mix because I love margaritas.
