I did go over some of the stains with my own spot cleaner and I was able to remove the stains with a little elbow grease. I'm assuming they just don't do that because otherwise they would never get done with a job. Friendly employees and very professional. I will use them again if I need to in the future.

The carpet was super wet when they left, to the point that it squished when walked on. I used a Bissell Green Machine last night and now our carpet looks great, high-traffic areas and all. And it was left barely damp, not soaked. They offered to come back out and re-do stuff, but no thanks. Never again. I'd prefer a refund, but they said they could not do that. So a negative review is the next best way for some accountability. Sorry guys. I hope you can fix your process. BTW, I have pictures, if anyone is interested.
