To which my actual appointment wouldn't be until June 30th They canceled my appointment last second, which sucked because I live 1 hour and 30min away and I was half way there. Then they rescheduled me for July 1st at 7:30am WHEN THE BUSINESS DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 8am, so I had to sit outside and wait, when they finally opened the doors they told me they don't take my insurance anymore. They stopped taking it TWO weeks before my procedure and expected me to pay $800 upfront + any fees for afterward. This was my final straw and I just said no and walked out. That is something you tell the patient OVER the phone, not when they show up for an appointment. Do not recommend

I came to her after a car accident and a disappointing experience with another neurologist who dismissed my symptoms as anxiety and refused to order imaging. Dr. Wingrove did thorough in-office testing, saw red flags for spinal cord damage, and ordered the imaging that confirmed severe compression in my cervical spine. Her care quite literally changed the course of my health. I needed surgery, and without her, the condition would have gone undiagnosed and worsened. She's also responsive via the patient portal and open-minded to different treatment options. I'm beyond grateful to have found her and can't recommend her enough if you're dealing with neurological issues.

Dr. Gburek saved my life. I was referred to him after an ER visit that not only took my dignity,…read morebut my reputation. Over the course of the last 3 years I can confidently tell you what an amazing man and hidden gem he is. A crisis in our country is the state of the healthcare industry and the toll it takes on providers. Providers can become so overworked or burnt out that they forget to see their patient as a person or have so little time that spending any extra time advocating can seem daunting. Dr. Gburek found me at the lowest point in my life. By simply listening to me, treating me like a human being, and advocating for me; he made all the difference in the world. He carefully made care plans based on my life goals like having children and factors such as my age to refer me to specialists. I had a unique case where I became medically handicapped in terms of medication. Steroids and NSAIDs cause me to develop stomach issues I had never even heard of. Stomach issues that caused me to be unable to eat regularly for nearly an entire year. I was wasting away to nothing while I waited for Cigna or any doctor to help me. I had lost 20 pounds unintentionally in 365 days. He tried to send me to specialists that could find an answer for my symptoms, but to my dismay, those specialists had no answer for me or even any ideas of how to help me. If you've ever been in that position you know how lonely and desolate it can be. It was traumatic To even be brought to that point I spent years of my life arguing with Cigna that my life mattered but, naturally, they only want to hear what the doctor thinks. Even if that doctor has not throughly completed an assessment, offered any treatments aside from medication, or been inappropriate with your care. Dr. Gburek is not one of those providers. He takes your health and goals seriously and will advocate to give you your life back. He is the only provider who advocated for me with Cigna over the last 3 years. My health struggles robbed me of my identity and I believed there was no hope. Dr. Gburek did not leave me with no hope and he did not leave me without solution. Instead, he fought for me and saved my life. By giving me a life with manageable pain, I am able to pick back up the pieces of who I used to be and who I want to become while continuing to help others as he helped me. I want providers like Dr. Gburek to know how important their care is so they don't lose sight of why they do this and continue to help people. I want patients to see this and know that there is hope for your case. He deserves all the praise and I am incredibly thankful for my healthcare hero. Experiencing a chronic health struggle can be dark but hopefully you can find someone like Dr. Gburek to turn on the light.

The injections were quick and smooth (not going to say painless because that would be lying) but if you can't have it a little pain, they have the option for a local and aesthetic. If you are dealing with back or hip pain or pain in general your body, I would highly recommend scheduling a visit through your doctor.

Due to the unbelievable amount of doctor visits I have accumulated recently, My schedule has been quite confusing. Jaclyn at the front desk is always polite, patient and understanding when I need to make a change or have a question. She is also, always ready and willing to work with me to ensure comfort and ease. Even when my day hasn't started off so well, that all changes as soon as I am struck by Jaclyn's rays of sunshine! Doctor Casey Hayes Doctor Hayes is AMAzing at his line of work. He has a very strong, confident and comforting demeanor about him. He has nice, calming and therapeutic music playing in his office when I visit( I enjoy his music, but I have heard him change it due to another patients preference. Doctor Hayes really makes me feel at home and comfortable during our sessions. He is extremely knowledgable, and quickly adapted to my visual way of learning(maybe he's also a visual person, which helps even more!). Even when he has had three patients in one visit, his time management is unmatched. He helps me understand the mechanics of my body, which in turn will help him, help me! And vice Versa. He is truly concerned about making sure that the visits are painless; and more important, progressive. I now look forward to going to see Dr. Hayes. On top of how good I feel when leaving his office, he's always got something to say that I can relate to which makes me bust out laughing and continue to enjoy my time spent. I wish I could send everybody I know with chiropractic issues to go see Dr. Hayes! He's so great! Truly, one of a kind. These people make me feel like family!! Thank you my friends, and all that you do! I couldn't make it without you.

Dr. Woods from the South location adjusted my neck while it was still inflamed only two days after a rear end auto accident Dec '24. I opted to stay with Hays since then since he was less gung ho with his adjustments. The one technique I did like and get benefit from from Dr Woods holding my head, his hands shook so much, it felt very unstable and ineffective. Fast forward to Hays. This past year, I've given him the benefit of the doubt because I had no issue with him personally and the treatments themselves were effective but, this doesn't excuse his personal jabs and remarks towards me. He's commented about me not wearing underwear, made fun of my see through waist purse calling it a 'festival bag' before bringing me back for treatment and, I wish it stopped there. I had strain in my right arm from moving and a massage. He starts wringing up my arm from the wrist and when it was one pass too many near my elbow (he wrung my extensor origins by the elbows 3 times) the third time it was turning red and hurt so I pulled away saying "that's too much". There was a tech sitting by watching. His hand stayed on my arm and he didn't exactly stop pressure right away but, his knee jerk reaction was to ask me "are things ok at home"? I had to do a double take and ask "what"? He asked out in the open if anyone was grabbing me and this was a safe place here. I told him he was way out of line and expressed my willingness to leave if he wouldn't treat my wrist. He doubles down and inspected my arm for bruises saying "that looks like a bruise" on the top of my forearm (where there was none, as you can see in the photo). This is after I already explained to him I just moved and bruise easily. He goes on to talk about a past client who had been through "trauma and abuse" and that he always asks to touch since that client. He pulls me to a separate treatment room, apologizes, and further explains the how the past trauma client is his reason for being so cautious about touch. I accepted the apology and thanked him for clearing the air and that I still needed treatment on my neck. He told me HE WAS NOT "charging for today". He was rude while adjusting my neck. He didn't adjust my wrist and showed me the widget instead even though I told him it was cramping saying, it was a ligament that popped. I was shown how to adjust my own shoulder but, it was rushed. He mentioned a free cold laser treatment for my wrist. As we got to the front, he asks for my sheet and I wait. Alejandra asks how I want to pay and I explained he was waiving this visit and to check with him. She came back saying that only the laser treatment was free. I asked how long it was and she said 15-20 minutes. I told her I could do 15. I only got 8 minutes with the tech. The tech had me hold the laser and I could see the timer but, the laser was also very heavy. Dr. Casey Hays has some deep psychological issues regarding a past client and touch. I recall him asking to touch in past visits and, I even tried putting the onus on me saying my pecs were sensitive and not to touch them (because he did use too much pressure that hurt on the pecs) but, getting the help I need should NOT require going through psychological hoops, left field personal jabs and confusing checkouts. Dr. Hays: you look like you sleep under a bridge. Get help and stop projecting onto patients!

Then worked with the vestibular therapist, then finally called Dr Reading in July. Even though I was an existing patient, the earliest appointment I could get with her was October 22! My appointment today was an exact script of information that she gave me last January before my fall and concussion. She did not listen to what I was saying about my symptoms being much worse and continuing to decline. She talked so fast that both my husband and I could not process what she was saying. She treated me like I was wasting her time. The memory test she gave me was an abbreviated version of the same test she gave me last January...with the exact same questions. I took a summarization report from my Physical Therapists(3x a week from June through October) that she barely glanced at. In short, if you are looking for answers and someone who seems to care...don't waste your time waiting to see Dr Reading.
