Dr. Gburek saved my life. I was referred to him after an ER visit that not only took my dignity, but my reputation. Over the course of the last 3 years I can confidently tell you what an amazing man and hidden gem he is. A crisis in our country is the state of the healthcare industry and the toll it takes on providers. Providers can become so overworked or burnt out that they forget to see their patient as a person or have so little time that spending any extra time advocating can seem daunting. Dr. Gburek found me at the lowest point in my life. By simply listening to me, treating me like a human being, and advocating for me; he made all the difference in the world. He carefully made care plans based on my life goals like having children and factors such as my age to refer me to specialists. I had a unique case where I became medically handicapped in terms of medication. Steroids and NSAIDs cause me to develop stomach issues I had never even heard of. Stomach issues that caused me to be unable to eat regularly for nearly an entire year. I was wasting away to nothing while I waited for Cigna or any doctor to help me. I had lost 20 pounds unintentionally in 365 days. He tried to send me to specialists that could find an answer for my symptoms, but to my dismay, those specialists had no answer for me or even any ideas of how to help me. If you've ever been in that position you know how lonely and desolate it can be. It was traumatic To even be brought to that point I spent years of my life arguing with Cigna that my life mattered but, naturally, they only want to hear what the doctor thinks. Even if that doctor has not throughly completed an assessment, offered any treatments aside from medication, or been inappropriate with your care. Dr. Gburek is not one of those providers. He takes your health and goals seriously and will advocate to give you your life back. He is the only provider who advocated for me with Cigna over the last 3 years. My health struggles robbed me of my identity and I believed there was no hope. Dr. Gburek did not leave me with no hope and he did not leave me without solution. Instead, he fought for me and saved my life. By giving me a life with manageable pain, I am able to pick back up the pieces of who I used to be and who I want to become while continuing to help others as he helped me. I want providers like Dr. Gburek to know how important their care is so they don't lose sight of why they do this and continue to help people. I want patients to see this and know that there is hope for your case. He deserves all the praise and I am incredibly thankful for my healthcare hero. I came in here for two separate occasions. once for two spine steroid injections in my t4 and t5 and my second visit I had steroid injections into my left hip. both times I was walked through the process and was checked in in a speedy process. the nurses took me in the back and prepped me before the injections. The injections were quick and smooth (not going to say painless because that would be lying) but if you can't have it a little pain, they have the option for a local and aesthetic. If you are dealing with back or hip pain or pain in general your body, I would highly recommend scheduling a visit through your doctor. read more

I love this clinic. They care, from the front staff, MAs, Nurses, and especially Dr. Rafii. I am a woman of size, and though have lost more than 140 lbs through nutrition, I have still been treated poorly often by the medical field. Dr. Rafi didn't treat me poorlyi. He believed me. He asked what I needed from him. He gave it. He asked for me to have my MRIs coming up, ordered by my neurologist, sent to him (Dr. Rafii) and we would see a way forward. Breath of fresh air. Thank you for taking so much time to go over the MRI information from last month. I sincerely appreciate your patience, and willingness to allow me to view the actual MRI views so I'm able to "visualize" what's going on with my aching body. It was such a relief to finally have your expert, professional opinion...Now it makes more sense why when I'm asked, "why are you here"? I have a blank look. I've done so much damage to my neck and lower back over the decades, I hardly know where to start, and each trauma is a long story, you don't want to hear. Now you know why, and now I see what a hopeless mess I've become. I did not know the damage that used to worry me so much, is now fused and stable. The pain has become 'familiar', though still chronically nagging...Along with the new worse pain in my neck. Of course, there are 2 chronic, sharply painful points (base of neck/sides and lower back) that responded so well with the protocol Dr Church and me had established (as well as, Dr. Mileur before Dr. Church), and were titrating from 80mg, to 60mg of Hydrocodone... My thought was having confirmation from my MRI's of the pain level I continue to suffer, from insufficient medication to fully treat this pain level, would be resolved once my condition was verified. I'm severely depressed to once again be "overruled" in my request for the lowest dose effective for me. I've only been to 2 pain clinics, and realize each one has their philosophy. The last pain clinic my PCP sent me to, Dr. Church, was SENSATIONAL. He reviewed my condition, and we started with my current dose, and were talking about reducing to 60, when the OWNER OF CAPITOL PAIN INSTITUTE, SCHOCKETT, FIRED MY DOCTOR, AND TOOK OVER MY APPOINTMENT WITH **NO** NOTICE. HE WALKED IN AND EVISCERATED MY CHARACTER. SAYING, "I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF YOU ARE IN PAIN". THIS IN SPITE OF THOROUGH MRI RECORDS AND 20 YEARS OF TREATMENT. THE MAN IS A HACK, AND SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE. My opinion no longer matters, to Schockett, or Rafii, and I'm becoming severely more depressed, daily. I'm 62, educated, and I've lived intimately with my condition since 1982. Being treated as 'ignorant' I know is one thing that really depressed my mom when she was losing to her Alzheimer's. Now I understand her humiliation... To be treated as though your capacity is diminished, and others will now be making my decisions, is terrifying. I'm in AWE of Dr Rafii's commitment to health for healthy people. He is the 'total health fitness package', and can tell you what will help with your quest for a health conscious lifestyle... I'm sure you can get nutritional advice from him, as he lives what he teaches. Information on his site 'confirmed' a decision I'd made to start 'mega-dosing' Vitamin D, and I'm looking at other supplements he uses, to see if they might help, [along with Turmeric I take, to reduce inflammation], I feel greatly exacerbates my pain...I've had to stop (once in a National Park, once in hospital visiting my mom) and call for assistance. Fibromyalgia causes a sort of bodily neuropathy. Every joint, muscle, everything with nerve endings, dully aches, and feels fragile with intense pain. Other days, I feel sharp, like an "inflammation" has lifted, and I'm far more in control from involuntary contractions. I would love to have those days of sharp, focus, again. That was allowing me to get stronger. It feels like the world has changed, and I'm a liability my country wants to go away, because I got weak. 'I know my assignment'. My only wish is for a return to pre-2024 when pain doctors prioritized compassionate individual patient care (First. Do no harm...), and pain relief, over prioritizing a low profile ... But that is *not Dr. Rafii's fault*. Having my medication cut 50%, has diminished my world significantly. I used to spend summer building muscle in the pool, and gardening...Now I read. Don't know what I would do without Austin Public Library online... The pain is chronic, nagging, and makes me cry. I try to sleep as much as possible now. read more

We were referred to the Diagnostic Pain Center in June 2022, after a serious motor vehicle accident in which my husband and I were both injured. Unfortunately, my husband suffered from broken ribs, a broken sternum and compression fractures of the cervical and lumbar spine. Dr. Raffi was a breath of fresh air amongst the specialists he saw. The Team there at the center is professional and customer service oriented. Initially he had a consult and after in depth MRI's it was felt he could benefit from cervical and thoracic injections. We agreed and scheduled the procedures. Everything was able to be done there with-in the offices. Mild anesthesia is available as long as you can have a ride home available. It's been a little over 6 months and we requested a follow up to discuss and schedule another set of injections. The office team appears to have had a few changes but continues to be focused on quality patient care and services. I first sustained an injury to my neck while serving on active duty in the US Army as a chemical and biological defense officer both on the Homefront and overseas 17 years ago. I was high functioning and only took ibuprofen on occasion for flare ups. But, my life changed drastically when I was rear-ended on I-35 in November of 2015. That marked the beginning of a very costly 5-year journey of undergoing a litany of medical interventions at multiple pain clinics in the greater Austin area in a desperate attempt to avoid surgery. My experience with previous pain doctors has been good overall. They were certainly skilled with procedures. But this is what sets Dr. Marks apart from all the other pain care physicians I have seen: 1. Excellent history and exam - a true diagnostician and an astute clinician (I am a nurse practitioner) 2. He is laser focused on achieving the best possible patient outcomes, which shows in each plan of care. 3. Integrity. I did not want to hear that I needed surgery. I was terrified. But, Dr. Marks strongly encouraged me to consult with a neurosurgeon, based on how advanced my disease process was. I so appreciate his empathy and compassion, but what impresses me the most is his exceptional medical expertise. Dr. Marks is world-class in his field. I had the surgery (an ACDF) on my neck two weeks ago and it was a success! Dr. Marks was right on point. I without question, needed to have this surgery as degeneration in my c-spine was severe. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Marks. May the good Lord bless him and his practice. I would like to add that the front desk staff have always been courteous and clear in their communication. My first visit to the new pain clinic was unremarkable. My second visit to Diagnositic Pain Management was again with my assigned physician, Dr Gbuerk a very young physician whose life experience lack compassion, and understanding of aging, pain, and real world prescribing for patients. To say the visit was unnecessary and the interrogation about my physician prescribed medications was not unlike being in a witness stand and being cross examined. The whole flawed concept of physician pain management is a failed attempt to manage the opioid crisis which not only continues but makes it difficult for patients who need pain management and are forced to comply with the indignity of the pain management clinics. The concept is flawed because within the last two weeks the real reality of this opioid issue was blared to the Austin area in two different ways. First, the "accidental overdose death of Heath Freeman whose autopsy results showed significant amounts of fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone, xanax, cocaine, and alcohol. Following that news was the arrest of a Austin pharmacist who had distributed over 1M oxycodone tablets with fake prescriptions. So, what is the solution? Dr. Marks is the quite literally the best doctor I've worked with in my life. He has compassion, understanding, and his bedside manner is impeccable. Every pain management doctor I "interviewed" threw up their hands and said you just need surgery (L5-S1 fusion), a surgery not ideal for a multitude of reasons for me at this time. Dr. Marks got me in super fast for SI joint injections and they actually stopped the pain under my thigh/buttock! I've had so many epidurals, rhizotomies, they sometimes helped, most often didn't. Dr. Marks made me believe again in the power of injections. His staff is wonderful, and communicating through the patient portal is easy and allows for you to get same day clinical guidance. I was seeing a Pain Specialist at another pain specialist and he all of the sudden dropped me like a stone when he decided to stop using the insurance that I have to use. As a result, I couldn't refill my meds. Luckily I had a few spares (10). But I couldn't afford to pay regular charges for an office visit. Thank goodness I found these Doctors! I had to have a procedure done every few months. My (now previous Dr.) did this outpatient work at Oakwood minor surgery. They did a great job, but they Are expensive. I was due for that a couple of weeks after he dumped me. Here they do it onsite. So I'm set for it with Dr. Raffi, I'm so happy with this group! They put up with my being way late with a smile. The iPhone map apps were a failure. I don't give out 5 stars very often, but honestly I would give it 6 (maybe leave it a 5) cuz it's really set back from MOPAC so it's hard to find, but worth it.! read more

I am glad some have received relief from Dr. Rafii, maybe I caught him on a bad day. First, Dr. Rafii berated a different doctor for not wanting to prescribed pain meds long term to me, the doctor Dr. Rafii berated is literally the best doctor that I have ever been to and has listened and helped me more than any other doctor in 30 years. The other doctor is simply no longer doing long term pain management meds. Dr Rafii feels that not prescribing long term is removing a "tool from the toolbox". Meanwhile Dr. Rafii dismissed working from home as a legitimate way to manage pain and told me that he would not complete the needed paperwork and instead decided to send me for a functional evaluation. So, I am doing everything that I can to keep a job and not go on disability. I have had the same job for the past 3+ years that I have performed for 3+ years from home with bonuses, but we are all being forced back in the office unless we complete extensive and personally invasive paperwork. Obviously, the paperwork has to be from a medical professional. I am in his office no less than 6 months in advance of needing Dr. Rafii help's at all so that I can establish a relationship with him so that Dr. Rafii is aware that I am not there for strictly pain meds (hello I watch the news) and doing the exact opposite and trying to stay to the lowest possible dose and manage the pain through lifestyle modification and this is too outside the box for Dr. Rafii to comprehend. Dr. Rafii then recommended a useless ablation procedure for my neck which will server zero purpose to abate the spinal stenosis which is what is causing the issues in my shoulders, arms, and hands. In short if you have sought no other procedures and/or just want pain meds this is your doctor. If, on the other hand, you are trying to stay off pain meds through stem cell procedures, etc and/or stay to a low dose of pain meds through lifestyle modification look elsewhere. The office staff is nice, but wildly incompetent! I never could get the portal access straightened out, but they managed to leave 5 messages in one day about paperwork while never addressing the portal access issue where I could do the paperwork. Hello, like I have a job, I guess most people going to Dr. Rafii do not have a job and can take 5 hours trying to get simple portal access to do their paperwork! The paperwork issues managed to eat up so much time that I was up until 2am working and totally exhausted then they start calling me a little after 7 asking if I am almost there for an 8am appt. Seriously how much are they raking in on procedures to have no less than 10 visible office staff in front and enough staff to call me 7 times in 2 days about paperwork? Offices like this are exactly why people in chronic pain want to blow their heads off. read more

I have been seeing Dr. John Gburek since early April after a horrendous 6 months with Advanced Pain Care. Dr. Gburek actually listened to ALL of my concerns and had a wonderful plan in place to help ease my pain. Not only is he an excellent Dr. the entire front desk and MA staff are absolutely delightful! I never experienced this at the former Pain management Center. I am trying new things to help lessen my pain and I'm never treated like an "Addict" who is simply there for the Rx! He has taught me to really listen to my body and only take what I need when I need it and has successfully done 10 injections (8 Cervical/ 1 Lumbar/ 1 SI) I felt pretty immediate relief after all of them. I couldn't recommend anyone but Dr. Gburek and his amazing staff, they gave me my 40's back!!! Thanks so much! read more

My husband has a 10:30am Dr appt. Its 11:35 He cant drive per Dr orders from surgery. I had to drive him in and they wont allow me in to use to use the restroom much less the building. Hes still sitting in the waiting room. Talk about rude front desk staff. I understand. We are under covid-19 situation but my husband couldn't drive himself. The woman at front desk told him to tell me to go to walgreens to use the bathroom. He got taken in to be seen for his appt at 11:40. Consider not over booking patients! read more

A couple years ago I gave this office a 5 star review, but something has happened in the last 6 months or so that isn't good. You used to be able to send a message through the portal and have a response in 2-4 hours from your doctor. They've changed the portal so that now your messages float around the office and they decide who to send it to and when. It takes DAYS to hear back. If you need some sort of an answer you've got to send 3-4 messages and call the office and even then you'll get a response from someone in the office not your doctor. No more talking to your doctor. Everyone used to be so nice, the girls in the front are still nice but whoever is in charge of the messaging system doesn't seem to care or like their job. It's sad, because this used to be a wonderful clinic. I'd skip it and go somewhere else. If I don't have access to my doctor I see no point in continuing care. read more

I had email to remind me of my new appointment, very low amount of paperwork and seen quickly. Dr Marks is a very progressive thinking Doctor and took time to explain my radiographs from last year under another provider. He is thorough, honest, and clearly knows his business about pain medication, choices and effects. He gives you the opportunity to take an active part in your healthcare. They are able to do procedures at that clinic and saves time and money by not making you go to a separate facility! First of all, Dr Marks is amazing. He is a wonderful person and an incredible doctor and we are so happy to have found him to treat my wife's chronic pain in her neck and back. She has had two procedures from him thus far and and is continuing treatment with him moving forward. There are nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Marks. So, why am I rating only 3 stars if Dr. Marks is so amazing? Here's why. The staff at this clinic is terrible. Scheduling is a nightmare, they don't listen when you ask for certain times of day, and the worst part is that "fitting you in" doesn't seem to be a thing. I decided to finally write a review because this morning was the straw that broke the camel's back. Today, after having to wait over a month for her follow up appointment after her second procedure, and even though she is having a few complications from that procedure, she woke up with a really bad head cold and sinus headache. She was so disappointed to have to reschedule her appointment, especially since she is still in quite a bit of pain, but she just didn't feel like she could make the trip to the office today, nor did she want to get anyone else sick. I called and the phone system was screwed up. First, one of the staff answered and couldn't hear me speaking and promptly hung up. Then the system told me they were closed, so I called back and it told me the same thing. Then I called again and was transferred to the answering service, and they couldn't get a hold of the staff either (they tried twice). Then I was told by the answering service that they couldn't help me so I should just keep trying over and over until their phone system worked. Bear in mind that her appointment is at noon and it was 10am. So I tried a few more times and finally one of the staff answered the phone. No compassion for my wife being sick and after explaining everything and being placed on hold, I was transferred to someone else. The next person answered the phone and said she understood I was looking to come in earlier. I said no, I am calling for my wife and explained the whole situation again. This person started in on my wife's specific symptoms (does she have a fever? because if not we can give her a mask and still keep the appt). I explained again, that not only was she trying to be nice and not get anyone else sick, but she was feeling terrible and did not want to get dressed, put on makeup, get in the car, and come in for today's appt. We have never cancelled before, we always come in early for every appt, and are trying to do the right thing for all parties involved. "Well, if you don't come today she'll have to wait another two weeks." Are you kidding me? She's sick but she's also having issues post-procedure and needs to see her doctor. Basically I was told "too bad" and we are being forced to make the trip today as she cannot wait two more weeks when she's in constant pain. Feeling terrible and then having to drive 30 minutes to see your doctor to discuss your pain isn't exactly the best scenario. If Dr. Marks wasn't so amazing, we would definitely seek treatment elsewhere, but I guess we'll just have to keep dealing with the staff because we are elated with Dr. Marks and could not be more thrilled having him as part of my wife's medical team. So, in closing, I highly recommend Dr. Marks, but just know that it's painful having to deal with the staff. read more

Amber who seems to be some sort of appointment center, is one of the worst, most rude, and deliberately argumentative medical employees I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. If this is the best you can do in customer service, you should close your doors now before the lawsuits begin. Take your business elsewhere and avoid Amber. She's one of the very worst and unprofessional medical staff I've ever encountered and I was an educator for several years for 2 major health care organizations. Ive been with Dr Marks since February 2017: In short (if you want to know what why how and should you still come here): I'm happy, we are making more progress in a few months than I have with others in 10+ years, and we will end up with a solution. I put on a mask and get through the day, but eventually it comes (or falls) off, and I collapse. After trying some other options and a medicine change, I SUCCESSFULLY completed a Spinal Cord Stimulator Trial that removed all my pain. Now, we are waiting to get approvals for a permanent implant. Throughout this year, I felt like Dr Marks & I were a team, working to solve a problem. I'm still thrilled with Dr Marks, I have worked some with his NP Charlotte: we agree and can't wait till I have ZERO NEED to see anyone monthly, quarterly, maybe just....as needed. We still are "dealing" with my insurance company-why do something that would get a person off of medications or needing to see multiple doctors? Just remember what I said: Dr Marks wants me to NOT be in pain, and not see him so much. Yes, that helps him see others but he doesn't want his patients in pain. Hopefully my insurance company will figure that out, too! Around this time last year I was told "by another Office" that we were managing my pain-I would always have it. I'm realistic-I don't expect that I will be 100% free from pain, but it has (still is) wonderful to work with a practitioner who would like to solve a problem (in this case, the source of my pain), or come extremely close. Much earlier this year, I had several scans of my back, and a myelogram. To be safe, I also visited an orthopedic surgeon to see if surgery (not a device) would solve the issues I have. I'm not a surgical candidate, so all paperwork was gathered, finalized, and off to insurance. I'll skip ahead-I do thank the entire office for helping with Dr Marks appeal (An SCS was denied rather fast), by end of November I was successfully in trial. Now...we fight again (I guess). Everything I typed up from my very first appointment still stands. He's had an NP Charlotte (who is the best! Ive mainly worked with her during busy procedure days at the office) and another doctor Dr Rafii (I have not seen him, but have talked with him-seems very nice-if Dr Marks was out sick but I had to see a doctor-I'd definitely make an appointment. Re Drug Testing: they have switched FROM LabCorp TO a company called Atrium Medical Center (in Corint-the Office that receives payment is located in Denton,Tx, and Corint MIGHT actually refer to Corinth). The day of my appointment if I had to be tested, my insurance was billed by the office a collection fee of $100- my portion was very small, then LabCorp billed my insurance $425.00 (then it was discounted from there). With the change to this new company for drug testing, I can see that Insurance was billed $100 for a collection fee, and insurance is processing the bill from Atrium. It does look like it will be higher...how much I don't know. A couple days after the appointment with the drug test, someone from Atrium called to 1-introduce the company 2-explain how they would show up on EOBS and also lmk I would be getting a letter-I did. That was helpful. -------- Please come ready to wait: Dr Marks is going to spend time TALKING WITH YOU, instead of spending 15 wasted minutes. Dr Marks clearly wants to solve pain problems, not just prescribe pills or do procedures. For my new patient appt, I spent close to 1.5 hours talking WITH Dr Marks. He asked questions to better understand when and how my pain started-he has never just made assumptions. We both talked, sometimes at the same time--but clearly with the same goal. Subsequent appointments have varied-some very short, other longer-just depending what was needed at the time. Yes he's young--I have no idea why that is a problem for others: so he hasn't formed standard opinions on immediately what to do when. For example, Dr Marks did not immediately jump to peripheral nerve solutions,but asked questions, got scans,and talked to one of my other doctors. As a result, we're making significant progress. My case is very complicated, right now I see Dr Marks each and every time-I think he does that with others. But as stated-if the world fell apart he has a great medical team I can also see. Oh -this is very important and I don't want to forget: his staff (each one and all) are VERY HELPFUL and wonderful. The entire Pain Management community knows what is STILL going on "elsewhere". As things went from ok to bad to worse, they to work magic to get me in-an appointment earlier in the year was canceled-they rescheduled me even faster. She is very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She is always very concerned about my quality of life which is so important when dealing with long-term pain. read more

I've been seeing Dr Raffi for a few years now and he is the only one that can get it right, I even came back from Florida to see him, I've gone to several other pain specialists at various places but he is the only one out all these other places that works, I highly recommend him. I hate to write this but it needs to be said. I had bilateral rhizotomies done in my cspine, and the procedure itself was horrendously painful even with light sedation, anesthetic etc.. By the time I got home I was in excruciating searing pain. My husband called and told them what was going on, and they called in Tylenol/codeine for me (which didn't even touch the pain). He called again and they told him "that can happen". What about providing some different medication to help? I was in horrible pain. Like go to the ER type pain, but cried/screamed it out, which terrified my husband, because I didn't want to sit in the ER waiting room in the amount of pain I was in or have a hospital bill to deal with. So as the days progressed, I could barely function, except lay on the couch with an ice pack constantly on my neck and taking the Tylenol/codeine. The pain was still pretty bad. Then I started getting a lot of horrible nerve like pain and brutal muscle spasms. When I called and spoke to Charlotte, she said "we took care of your arthritis, you need to go see a neurologist". Well, long story short, after seeing neurologist and then a new pain specialist, I learned that a rhizotomy can be very painful, and that it can actually cause severe pain instead of alleviate it, which was never explained to; even when we called repeatedly to share what was going on. Why wasn't this acknowledged or addressed? It sure would have been nice not to drag myself to new doctors and have the pain addressed properly by this office. I ended up switching to a new doctor(which I hated having to start "all over" and I was given other much stronger medications by the new specialist I went to, in hopes of turning down the pain a little bit. These didn't really work, unless I was really drugged up, which made me miserable on top of the pain. I was in horrible pain for seven months after this procedure, and it wasn't until the nerves finally started to heal and a steroid injection later did I feel "better. Nobody told me this could be a possibility, even though I fearfully asked a ton of questions. I know a lot of people get benefit from this procedure, but I did not for whatever reason. I had the reasons explained to me by my new doctor, but I'm not going to even go there in the review. The one star is for the lack of information, and the very poor follow-up and care I received after the procedure. read more

Five and a half years later, I wish I could give more stars!! Dr Marks has done I don't know how many procedures on me, for pain management. I regularly see Charlotte Loflin now, once a month, for medication refills. They both have taken exceptional care of me for the last several years. I have recommended several friends and friends of friends to this office and I almost wish I knew more people in pain, I'd send everyone to Dr. Mark's if I could!! I am so impressed with this doctor and staff. I had a previous doctor that wasn't the best fit for the care I was needing. The staff is kind and super easy to get a hold of through the portal (also - a portal!!!) Dr Marks has such patience and explains exactly why and how and what to expect from your pain. He's also one of the nicest and kindest doctors I've ever had, and I'm chronically I'll, I've seen a number of them! I have been in pain management for many, many years after having 6 major spine surgeries. I've done it all! I've seen a few other Dr's in the Austin area and hands down, Dr. Marks, is the BEST!!! He has never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured, like so many of the other Dr's, that just want to push every possible procedure on you. He is so considerate and shares his knowledge, which is vast and and impressive. He is beyond patient and thorough and truly cares about his patients!! I hate that I have to deal with terrible pain, but I finally feel like I have someone on my side that will provide me with the best possible options and allows me to take part in my own healthcare.
