I went back three days in a row if you haven't tried it, give them a try. I really enjoyed it And you might like the lengua and Cabeza, but try the sushi in the Carnitas. I really enjoyed the burrito it had beans, rice, avocado, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and fries inside - they ask if you want red or green sauce so I went green this time. I have tried so many Birria tacos looking for the juicy and flavourful meat I've come to love since marring my Guatemalan hubby. I have finally found it! Most overcook their meat till it's so dry it can't hold flavor or the wonderful juice. I must say.... I'm so happy to have found this wonderful chef! I can't say enough about the birria. You have to try it for yourself. Al Pastor tacos were just as great. Meat was not overcooked, had a unique flavor that makes you hungry for more. I'm going to use the word again... juicy! The lengua tacos..... my absolute favorite meat in a taco, so I'm quite picky. It was so, so good! It has great flavor standing alone. Paired with the tortilla, sauce, onion and cilantro, it was.... juicy! The floutas were fresh and crunchy, with a side of sauce for dipping. If you're not a taco fan..... these are for you. This truck apparently stops at various locations on different days before going over to O'Reilly Auto Parts. I've seen them by Corwood Car Wash and on Sierra Court. It's good to phone ahead just to confirm their location before you drive around looking for them. The O'Reilly parking lot turned out to be really convenient for me because I remembered that I needed something for my car. I was able to run into the store and pick it up and get out just as my pupusas were finishing cooking.
