I requested that the flowers be delivered anytime before 4 since she leaves work at 4. This shouldn't be a hard request since the flower shop is a block away from the destination. I called at 3pm to make sure they were going to get there by 4, and she confirmed they would be and her driver was just stuck in a little traffic. I call back at 3:50 to make sure they were delivered, and she tells me "I called your mom and asked if she could stay a little longer at work to wait for the flowers". WHO DOES THIS??!!!! We got ugly wilting flowers. They gave us old flowers with brown spots on them as the decoration for my grandmother's funeral, and they spelled our names wrong on multiple flowers. When we called to complain, the lady we spoke to kept yelling at my father saying that she spelled our names the way we told her. As if we don't know how to spell our own names? This is especially ridiculous because she actually spelled one name correctly in one spot, and then wrong in another spot. So obviously she was given the right spelling and just could not care less. Terrible customer service and no pride in their work. 0 care that they were providing for a funeral or that we paid them a LOT of money. All the other reviews on here are accurate. So RUDE! My best friend tried to send flowers to me for my B-day. She is in NV. So this is the florist that company chose. HUGE MISTAKE! The flowers did not get delivered on the correct day. So this florist, Kara-Bala Florist, calls me, the next day,& insists they were delivered. No they weren't! So after confirming my address multiple times. She said she would talk to her "driver" & call me back. Then her even more offensive driver calls me. Saying things like, I delivered to you, you have a dog. NO I DON"T! Maybe you delivered to my neighbor? He has the nerve to say to me "go get them". What? Then he says " you should have the numbers on my house in better view. It's on the curb & on my house! Besides every other minute, he would say let me talk, basically arguing with me that he didn't make a mistake. After going rounds w/him for 15min, I hung up on him. Called the shop back, told the woman, send me replacement flowers or give my friend her $ back! Period! So later that evening, I looked on my porch, there was the original arrangement from the day before. Don't know if he went back to my neighbors & demanded them back or what? I hardly leave bad reviews, but this one has to be done. I ordered flowers last week to be delivered on Mother's Day. THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED! I called multiple times, and no response. I left a voicemail too, but nothing from them. It says they're closed Sunday's, but when I ordered online, the 10th was available, but the rest of the Sunday's were not. That's how I know they were open for Mother's Day. There were other businesses I checked where they would not be able to deliver on the 10th. Secondly, because she couldn't physically show the same cc I had given her on the phone she started telling my co-worker she thinks we're committing cc fraud. One word, DISGUSTED. I am not the person to leave a bad review but I am so disgusted with the flowers and the treatment my family and I have received from this place, specifically from the owner Emma. These flowers were delivered to me at 5pm and within a couple of hours we noticed the whole arrangement and my dining table were covered in bugs. We took the flowers immediately outside of my house and within a couple hours the same thing happened, AGAIN. In the morning, my mom called the flower shop to speak to the owner, Emma, to let her know what had happened. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had no respect towards her customers. She yelled at my mom and said that it was our own fault and the bugs came from our home, when we had several other bouquets from other flower shops around and NOT one of them had a single flaw or bug on them. She yelled at us and refused to give us any kind of a refund even after we returned the flowers back to her and sent her pictures/videos for proof.
