Had an absolutely horrible experience since July till today , went in too get fitted with my…read moregroomsman's and my father the first week of July for our tux's for my wedding yesterday (09/26/25) , everything was fine with getting fitted till about a week ago when I called and asked Sal when our tux's were going to be ready , I was trying too stay ahead , and got told that they weren't going to be ready till POSSIBLY Wednesday or Thursday , my wedding was yesterday on Friday , finally got a call that my suits were ready on Wednesday at 430pm , as soon as some of us tried them on the hems were breaking , and some adjustments needed to be done , no big deal .. picked everything up on Thursday and non of our suits were ironed , they had WHITE DOG HAIR on all of them , they had white stains left and right , me and 3 of my groomsman's buttons on our jackets ripped off a hour into wearing them , my fathers button on his vest broke , I got handed a pair of shoes that were STAINED with glitter and 6 month old dust , nothing but attitudes from Sal , I received a phone call yesterday morning getting SCREAMED at by him because my sister in law never got her son's suit from him demanding me on my wedding day to pay him the remaining $170 , avoid this place like the plague unless you want his white mastiffs hair all over your suits and if you want too be treated like a piece of garbage

My tailor took perfect alterations to both my jacket and pants and my suit came out perfect. This place also sells great suits at all different price ranges. I am devastated. I made it very clear how important this dress was to me, as I planned to wear it for my own wedding. It is now September 29th, just two weeks before my wedding, and the dress is unwearable. The bodice does not fit, and the skirt is not pleated, nor does it fall properly over the underskirt. Instead of restoring my grandmother's dress, Slubia left me with something I cannot wear on one of the most important days of my life. I don't know if the issue was lack of time, lack of skill, or lack of care, but the result is the same: I am left without my grandmother's dress two weeks before my wedding day. This experience has been heartbreaking, and I would caution anyone who is considering trusting her with a sentimental or important garment.

My daughter was anxious prior to going to the store because she was afraid this was reaction she was going to get and this woman's didn't help in the least.
