I went during there Trunk Sale this past Friday and it was quite amazing the dresses were all absolutely beautiful and of high quality, it's no longer the same boutique/consignment shop as I remember from years ago they now only carry Bridal wear, formal dresses, mother of the bride, flower girl and even suits or tuxes to buy or rent,.etc..... They had the Morilee line for the Trunk Sale and I found the perfect gown and said "Yes to the dress", between my besties and the owner Kirsten & salesgirl Becky they were helpful and fun. I highly recommend checking this place out after going to a few other places you can't beat the price. We will def be back to get my mom a chiffon pant suit and for any future events. read more

Amazing customer service and a great selection of bridal wear in every price range. The everyday clothing was very affordable although less fashionable than I'm used to seeing in consignment stores; but for the hunter some amazing pieces mixed in at very good prices. Now in particular they just got in the stock from a bridal store that closed, so if you have a wedding coming up... Really: we saw a woman get a simple gown for $100 or you can go full princess puff $1500 designer style. read more

The owner is very rude. Last weekend, I was there to get a dress and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to bring my son who is 11 months old. He was asleep when we got there but woke up as I was trying on dresses. He was crying when some of my friends tried to hold him being that he doesn't see them very often. When I was trying on a dress, I heard the owner ask if someone could take him outside because it was hard for her to take her measurements with a baby crying. By the way, IT WAS SNOWING THAT DAY. I had to come out the dressing room and argue with her because not only was I not understanding how reading a tape measure was a hassle and how she was being so rude to someone who's money she was taking, but how she could look at a baby and ask someone to take him outside. Nowhere did it say that babies were not allowed, and it's not like he was older and acting up, he is a baby who was out of his element and crying. I was half dressed in front of the store door while putting on the rest of my clothes, and holding my son because while arguing with her, he was getting more upset. I walked out of there in the snow with a short sleeve on, holding my son in a blanket, pushing the stroller, with all my belongings thrown in it because I was very close to getting myself into trouble but getting my son out was much more important. Overall, 3/10. I recommend going somewhere with much better customer service and more options. read more

I went here in search of my bridal gown and found the perfect one for me! The selection was decent for being a consignment shop! The girl helping me was fantastic and super fun to work with! She actually picked a dress and suggested I try it on and it ended up being the one! The only issue I have is that after I purchased my dress, I went online to look up the designer and found out the shop had duped me on my wedding dress. My exact bridal gown was selling at David's Bridal brand new for $200 LESS than what Love Me Two Times sold mine to me for. That's my only gripe but otherwise, it was a fun experience. read more

I absolutely loved shopping here for my daughter's prom dress. The owner and staff were amazing! They made suggestions, helped pick out dresses and put away items as we tried on about 20 dresses. They made my daughter feel so special and had her ring a bell and say, "yes to the dress!" There selection is huge and with a wide variety of prices. This store seemed to have a good selection of dresses & jewelry, but upon entering the store I was greeted by a worker who from the beginning came across as rude & ignorant to what I asked. She told my husband to sit on a couch & wait rather than letting him come look at dresses with me (which is what we both wanted) and despite me being specific as to what I liked and didn't like, only went down the line pulling every dress and therefore me having to say over and over and over that I wasn't interested in lace or beading. I felt extremely uncomfortable and couldn't get out fast enough. Definitely will not return. read more

The new owner has added so much more inventory, including jewelry, beautiful new and slightly used high end hand bags at exceptional prices!! The deals for clothes can't be beat. The owner is so sweet and saved our wedding from disaster! My husband and his best man had originally gone to The Monocle in Norwich to rent their tuxedos, but the store closed down and failed to notify us!! We only found out when he went to the store to find it closed and empty 3 days before the wedding!! Love Me Two Times were able to find, fit, and over night ship The tuxedos! I absolutely love this store! I was super hesitant when I took the hour and a half long drive up there from Fairfield but I was hopeful that this store would have some nice used bridal gowns to fit my small budget. I was absolutely stunned when I walked into their bridal section and saw racks of gowns in tons of styles, sizes and prices! I must have tried on 12 total and only 1 was consigned and 1 ones a sample. The rest were BRAND NEW never worn or tried on a million times. I fell in love and purchased my dress. I have had a wonderful time so far with their recommended seamstress and I am extremely pleased! I was also able to purchase my veil there brand new!! read more

The new owner of this store needs to work on customer service. She hovered over the bride to be the entire time without giving her or her attendants any breathing room to talk & feel out the dress. And when the subject of another dress at another store came up to compare likes & dislikes all she had to say was negative comments about the other dress and store. And really who gives a bride a hand held mirror to see the back of the dress! If you're going to sell wedding dresses then have a tri-mirror for the different views not a tiny hand held one, so unprofessional. By far the worst experience for a bride to be on her first day out looking at dresses especially after such a wonderful experience at another shop earlier in the same day. This store was clearly just looking for a sale which was is really sad because yes there are some beautiful dresses. Had it not been for the customer service there was one dress that was in the running but the bride was just so disappointed with the service she said no. read more

I was shopping for a bridal gown and the person who helped me was pushy, rude, and overbearing. She refused to listen to what I was looking for and tried to steer me to what she wanted to sell me. Many of the dresses needed repairs or significant cleaning, and the prices were high for the quality. I had such an amazing experience here trying to find a new wedding dress only 4 days before my wedding! Beautiful and plentiful wedding dress selection, as well as, accessories. These women were all amazing in helping me find a new dress, and did everything possible to make it all come together. The service is very helpful without being pushy or overwhelming, and their selection is much better than anyone else around. They have so many beautiful gowns, it was really hard to choose mine. Their prices are unbeatable and I had a great experience finding my gown today. I would definitely go back. They give you a lot of attention and help and their gowns were all lovely. I was tempted to give one star, but the extra star was for the nice selection of clothes and the ambiance of the store itself. Certain staff members however need education in personal relations. I was grossly offended by a staff member assisting in the bridal section. While pleasant, she ignorantly in a perhaps well meaning but arrogant way, proceeded to tell me about a diet she felt I would benefit from. Just atrocious to do to a customer. While initially ignoring her boorish hints, I finally told her to stop. I basically told her that she needed to stop telling me things I already know. How absolutely inappropriate! Brides, Mothers of the brides and Mothers of the groom beware! I can't recommend your store based on this tacky treatment. read more

Stopped in with my daughter to see what was in stock, now mind you I sold my older daughters wedding dress at this shop and had a great experience, this time not so much. We chose few dresses and then one of the staff started to interrogate me on if we were being helped, which we weren't at the time, she went into the back and came back with a staff member to help us and them proceeded to lecture us on why we needed an appointment, they were to busy for us to look around its prom season and all. She asked my daughter when the wedding was and had the nerve to say that because the wedding isn't until next year that my daughter had no business being there on a weekend that she should be there during the week! I live in RI and my Daughter lives almost in Mass! My daughter told her we wouldn't be going in during the week because of the travel time and this woman went on and on! I told her we were there and would be staying end of conversation! Come to find out this WAS THE OWNER of the shop!!!! She is rude, ignorant and down right out of line and two if her staff apologized for her behavior the entire time we were there. Since she doesn't seem to know, let me inform her " you are a second hand store not Alexandria's in Fall River!!! Very sad that an owner would treat a potential customer this way, we will not be going back. read more
