I think we found a new karaoke spot! It's clean and spacious. The decor is so eccentric that it works. There's a huge book of songs that are updated--available in English, Korean, Japanese, and probably more. You can also use YouTube to sing whatever you want so basically endless songs! Can't beat that. The owner is really sweet and accommodating. When we went, he was the only one working so it took a little time to get settled but we didn't mind at all. He got our drinks, showed us how to operate the system, and went off to help others. When we had questions about how to do something, he was able to help us out. Honestly man this got one of the worst experiences I had and wdym I had to pay 40 for an hour in a room and they aren't any locks for the doors what if the customer doesn't want their time there to be disturbed randomly around 3-4 times. I get it you just want to help out and just do your job but there are times when people can ask for help themselves. A bottle of water that can be found at your local area can be sold for a buck or a little more but five? It's crazy for me to even say that because I would rather spend for a big cup drink for 10 dollars at the movie theater but even then they still give refills. Prices aren't even shown anywhere online and I was shocked some people were okay with these prices, y'all can call me broke I don't care still think these prices are outrageous. I even think they have the cheapest brand of alcohol and are up pricing it by 2 or 3 times the original amount they bought it for. I can hear the people that are in the main room singing and the sound goes through the room I was in showing the walls aren't very soundproofed. If you're the type that wants to blow your money be my guest. My family and friends have been going for years. Although this place is Korean owned it's perfect for everybody. They have YouTube with no commercials so you literally find every song with the lyrics. The owners always welcome us with open arms and if there is any sort of issue with the mic's or keyboard they are so quick to fix it. The service is great believe me they're on it. They do offer snacks and food from the restaurant next door. I've been too many karaoke places in Orange County and this one by far is my favorite. The prices are also great. Great staff, however the manager treated the customers and her own staff like trash. The manager was yelling at the staff and us (customers) for being too noisy in the hall. We were told to wait in the hall until our room was ready. We were simply having light conservations in the hall. The manager stepped out of a room and immediately yelled at both us and the elderly staff for our "obnoxious" behavior. We asked the manager what we had done wrong and she would not respond except to yell and abuse her staff repeatedly. We volunteered to leave and apologized to the staff and left. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. The kind elderly woman staff was extremely apologetic for her managers behavior. Would not recommend this place. My friends and I came here for karaoke and the staff told us to wait in the hallway. The manager then barged out and yelled at us to shut up and cursed at us in Korean saying we were talking too loud. We then proceeded to get roomed and the manager came back and told us to shut up because she couldn't service the room with her men customers. She yelled at her own staff who roomed us and proceeded to yell at her own staff. The way the manager treated her own staff was so disrespectful that our group decided to leave the place. No management or business should be condescending to their own workers. The manager of the karaoke place is an egregious disrespectful human. TL;DR = We had such a friendly Korean middle-aged lady (black hair and glasses) assisting us the whole time even if she had a slight English barrier. We just wanted a casual place to sing YouTube songs out loud so we weren't looking for stellar service, food/drinks, or anything. We're used to Asian older ladies and their establishments so this place was great at $35/hour for my party of 4 and we have plans to come again for more Karaoke sessions! -------------------------- It was around 8:10pm on a Saturday night (Dec 23) when me and my three friends decided to try this spot for the first time! There were a decent amount of people around the area at this time but parking was spacious and easy. Walking inside, there were a lot of homey, festive decorations dotting the place and we heard a quiet Christmas carol playing in the front lobby area (which was more like a laidback dining room area with tables/chairs). We're chill people so when we found that the Korean lady helping us tonight had a slight English barrier, we were totally patient about it! She can speak and understand English fine but we could tell she was slower about it. We let her know it was our first time and I gave her permission to take my arm in hers as she smiled, nodded, and led us to a room (Room #6). We were surprised at how spacious the room was for us only being a party of 4, with two synced TV screens sitting on opposite walls and a comfortable couch bordering three walls that even had some couch pillows! She asked if we wanted to use a Karaoke music library or YouTube, and after hearing we wanted YT, she provided a bluetooth mouse and keyboard and made sure her system was using the YT app. She then handed us two microphones and two microphone covers and let us know it's $35/hour price. Once we told her we had no further questions, she left us be in the room. This place does offer some small food/snacks, alcoholic drinks, and a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks, but we weren't there to eat/drink since we were only planning to be there for an hour. So we can't give any feedback on food or drink stuff! We also never needed to use the restroom(s) either so can't say anything about that. Sadly, our room's disco ball light function wasn't working (or maybe we didn't operate it correctly) but we could see several other rooms flashing with working lights as we left, oh well! The other friend groups around that night in other rooms seemed happy and having a lot of fun with all the laughter and shouting we heard once we were outside our karaoke booth. We went to pay (they accept cash or card) and she charged us exactly $35.00! Once done, she brought out a small basket of wrapped hard-candies and asked us to take some if we wanted. I didn't get her name, but the lady that helped us the entire time definitely reminded me of my own sweet Asian grandma, language barrier and all! Fun Karaoke place, lots of cozy private rooms for groups. Karaoke machine looks like very new, and it has pretty much every new released song with all kind of languages (especially in Korean, English, and Vietnamese). I also like they have cute tiny button, saying "Club Mood". Once you press this button, the room is totally changed to actual club with fancy light and music lol. I wanted to do a karaoke before, where the rooms are private and there are mics. Once i walked in the place, it waslike a restaurant. Pretty nice but i thought it was just karaoke. There was no person 'in charge' of the karaoke part, there was just a waitress. She didn't speak Englishm sl she called somebody to translate. I fount it unproffesional, as she should have not called someone. I also saw in one of their photos that there was happy hour, where it was half the price from a certain time to a certain time. I came in between those times, but she told me it was full price. it might've been half pric for the restaurant, but it never said anywhere there was a restaurant. i ended up not singing because i immediately left. this left me with not wanting to come here again. but if you speak korean, it will probably be a better situation for you. read more

Really like the decor and of each the rooms, however is was a bit more costy compared to other karoke rooms in korea town. Also charges an extra tax unlike other rooms. We rented a room for an hour for 5 people and was charged 35 and another 3 for tax?? The music selections were similar to most korean karoke houses and also had a youtube options, however was complicated to setup since you needed to download an app or deal with searching with a tv remote. The guy had to explain how to the work the keyboard and gave us an extra 30 mins from the time we came. Place is nice, however there are better options around town. read more

This is a wonderful karaoke spot! The host was incredibly kind to us, even though the prices are already reasonable he gave us a mini discount and extra 30mins for free. The tables and bar area is clean and well stocked. The karaoke rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, complete with leather booths, pillows, and all around AC. The song selection was incredibly varied, from classic rock to modern pop and even some kpop and spanish. The location itself is also convenient since it's in a small strip mall, so you could grab food at surrounding restaurants before and/or after, and even if that mall in particular doesn't seem to interest you there are many other options within walking distance! I have never written a review before, but this time I had to. We were told to wait in the hallway to get our room ready which was totally fine, a sweet older lady was getting our room ready. While our group was waiting some lady poked her head out of a karaoke room and rudely told us to quiet down. She wasn't even singing and was sitting in a room with 2 men. I'll leave it to the imagination on what she was doing in there. But okay, sorry lady, we will quiet down...IN A KARAOKE PLACE. Then as we get into our room, the sweet older lady told us the manager is making us getting out. We find out, the lady that told us to quiet down WAS THE MANAGER. I should also add, the karaoke place was EMPTY. The only occupied room was the manager and her 2 male guests she was "servicing". Not only that, she proceeds to yell and cuss out her employee in front of us which was honestly the worst part. We could tell the employee faces this verbal abuse often which is no way to treat your staff. We left quietly ONLY for the sweet older employee that apologized for her rude abusive manager. We were shocked at how aggressive and rude she was to her employee. Absolutely unacceptable. No idea how this place has 4.5 stars. Ridiculous. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Service was GREAT and the workers are so kind, nice and generous! We came here to end off our last year together with the ones we love the most and it was one of the BEST experiences! They have a lot of top hits as well as your basic karaoke songs to sing your heart off too! PROS: 1. Pretty lenient on bringing alcohol 2. The older lady is nice and understanding 3. Very clean and modern CONS: 1. If you don't speak Korean, the workers and you will be confused. 2. Can't sneak in soju 3. Most of the workers and their friends are rude! (They will push you without saying "excuse me" and I brought my friend a gift and the guy just looked in it without permission) 4. My friend found a credit card in the bathroom, so she gave it to the front. Fast forward lasted, when we tried to pay, the front lady said she used the card that my friend found. We tried to explain that the card isn't ours and that we wanted to pay with our card but the front ladies were so confused why we gave them a lost card (hello? Ever heard of lost and found). Then when we tried to pay with our card, the lady with the hair clips kept us there for 20 minutes because she didn't believe that the card we used to pay for ourselves was ours. It was a hassle for us especially because we were wanting to go home. This is a nice place but there are better options. read more

My sister and I wanted to do something different for our birthday and being Filipino, let's karaoke I did some research and decided that this place was best, newly opened, large song selection in English, alcohol and food We celebrated our birthday there this past Friday night and this place was amazing Our Party had 7 total so we rented the medium room...very spacious and cool! There was a button on the wall you could press for "club lighting", a button you press to play fun club music, 2 large TVs on both sides of the room...the seating area was very spacious! The owners are Korean I believe and we had the sweetest lady who helped us try an explain to us how the karaoke system worked. There was a language barrier but we managed fine and once you started playing with the remote it was easy! Bathrooms were nice and clean...service was excellent...she gave us a complimentary fish dish and waters We rented the room for 4 hours from 8:00-12:00 but we definitely could have gone on til closing.
